Using your bow instead of a
pencil, work on bow builders 2
and 3 on page 8. Basses, right
now you are all using the
French Bow Hold (we will go
over French and German bow
holds during class).
Stretches: Spend some time
every day doing the arm
stretches I showed you in class.
Lesson Book: lines played in
class each day-21-26 this week.
Remember to try playing along
with the CD and standing up.
NEW skill: Take extra time to
practice line 22. Next week
you will play it for a playing test!
Check your playing position and
be sure you are playing the
correct notes!
Other practicing: music for fun,
private lesson material, using
your bow and playing on the
open D and A string.
