Students Qualify for
Spanish Spelling Bee
Some of our students qualified for and participated in the
Inaugural Spelling Bee “en Español”. Spanish teacher
Señora Medina helped prepare these students for the
competition. Several schools joined in the competition at
Blessed Trinity. In the end, two of our proud 7th graders,
Ethan Cueli and Jose Gonzalez moved up to the 3rd round.

Sports News
On 2/6/2014 the Primary a gold team defeated the Bears of St. Agnes by the the score of 3011. Team is now 7-0 with one game left next Thursday OLL gym.
On 2/6/14 the Primary Blue Basketball Team defeated Shamrocks of St. Patricks 29-13. Team
only allowed 2 points in 2nd half with their stellar defense. Team is now 3-3.
JV baseball defeated St. Peter & Paul 10-0 with great pitching. Team also was smashing the ball
and running the bases well, helping them get their victory.
On Monday 2/10/14 JV baseball also defeated Immaculate 4-1.Team is now 6-0.
