Guarantee:
For participation bidders must deliver a certified check to “GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO DE
MEXICO” for $50.000.00 Usd dollars if you are going to bid for Lot 1 and $75,000.00 Usd
dollars each, if you bid by Lot 1 or Lot 3 or equal amount in Mexican Pesos (exchange rate
“FIX” of the day) , at Carasa office located at Paseo de las Palmas no. 1130, Col. Lomas de
Chapultepec, México D.F., from October 29 to November 8 (Monday to Friday, only). Or at
the Auction place on November 9 from 9:00 hours to 12:30 hours. Bidders may do a wire
transfer to CARASA S.A. DE C.V.
If you don’t buy please ask your guarantee devolution before you leave the auction.
Remote participation or In Absence bid:
If you can not be able to attend in Aeropuerto Internacional del Estado de México on
November 9 for the auction you could apply an “Absence bid”, please fill the corresponding
format and make a deposit or wire transfer depending of the lot that you want to bid, to the
account of CARASA, S.A. de C.V., fill, sign and send the form Remote Participation Auction
Format by fax 52 55 52023429 ext. 104.

The return of the guarantee deposit for non-winners will be by wire transfer.

The return guarantee deposit for USA will be apply on November 12.

The return guarantee deposit for the rest of the world will be applied on November 13.
Previous Inspection of lots and Flight Logbook:
•
To assist to the physical and records inspection of the aircrafts please carry an
identification on the specified days before.
The aircrafts will be sold in actual conditions.
The aircrafts will be auctioned in numeric order (1, 2, 3).
The winner will be the person who makes the highest bid.
The final price of sale will be indisputable.
Before you leave the auction place, please obtain your balance due in a register office.
The buyers must complete the payment on or before Friday November 16, failure to do so will
result in the loss of your guarantee deposit and ownership of helicopter.
No commission will be added to the final price.
The buyer must show an official identification or passport to before to sign the sold contract.
Gobierno del Estado de México is the responsible for the delivery of the endorsed invoice.
Aircrafts Delivery
•
Agreement on delivery of the aircraft may be made only after paid in full.
•
Gobierno del Estado de México could delivery the aircrafts in any border point of MéxicoUSA, if the buyer is agree to pay all the transportation costs.
