Pregunta 1
En España todas las empresas están registradas en el Registro Mercantil. Entendemos
que por ser empresa, cumplimos este requisito, ¿Es necesario acompañar nuestra
oferta de algún documento Oficial, como pueda ser la escritura de constitución de la
sociedad o de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil?

necesario acompañar la lista con algún certificado oficial?, ¿Cuál?

¿Es suficiente presentar las cuentas aprobadas por el consejo administración de la
Empresa? En otro caso, ¿Es necesario presentar algún certificado de las cuentas
expedido por registro mercantil?

by being Company, we fulfill this requirement, is it necessary to accompany our list of
some official documents as may be the instrument of incorporation or registration
with the "Registro Mercantil" (Trade Register)?
