The Bilingual Program Advisory Group encourages the public to submit written comments on
agenda items. Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February
27, 2012, to ensure the materials are provided to members of the Advisory Group prior to the
meeting. Written comment should be delivered or mailed to the Elections Department, located at
440 Fifth Street, Room 206 in the Courthouse in Hollister. Comments may be e-mailed to
[email protected]; public comment will be allowed and encouraged on each item on the agenda.
To ensure that the Advisory Group can complete the agenda, the Coordinator may set reasonable
limits on the amount of time each member of the public may speak.
The meeting will be continued to a later day if the Program Coordinator is not available for the
meeting.

El Grupo de Asesoramiento del Programa Bilingüe insta al público a que presente comentarios por escrito
