Installation Instructions
1. Do not tilt the refrigerator for more than 450 from an upright
position when moving it. Do not apply force to any part of the
appliance, as condenser or door, to prevent the refrigerator
from dents or damages, since this could affect its
performance.
2. Allow enough space and air circulation around the refrigerator
for the best performance.
3. Do not install the appliance in places with high temperatures
or humidity, to avoid damaging as moist or rust.
Cautions
1. Before the refrigerator is plugged in, verify that the electric
voltage of the appliance is the same as the rated voltage on
the electrical outlet. This appliance should be connected to an
independent electrical socket; using an adapter may cause
the socket to overheat.
2. Do not store inflammable materials such as ether, benzene,
LP gas or glue in the refrigerator.
3. Do not spray water on the refrigerator; it may cause
malfunction or electric shock.
4. In the event of a gas leak, do not pull the plug in or out. It may
cause sparks and fires.
Use Instructions
1. When operating the refrigerator for the first time, run it without
loading any food until it reaches the desired temperature,
usually 2 to 3hours. Then set the thermostat at the desired
setting and load the food in the refrigerator.
2. The temperature of the refrigerator can be adjusted by turning
the thermostat. A medium setting of the thermostat is the
most suitable for general operation.
3. Defrost the freezer compartment any time the layer of frost on
the surface of the evaporator reaches 3 to 4 mm. When
defrosting, remove all food and set the thermostat to “OFF”
position. Put the drip tray under the evaporator to collect
water. After all frost has melted, discard the water and dry the
interior of refrigerator with a soft towel. The refrigerator can
then be restarted by turning the thermostat to the desired
setting.
Caution
1. Avoid placing too much food inside the refrigerator or keeping
the door open for long periods of time. This will cause higher
electric consumption and may even lead to malfunction.
2. Do not to place heavy, pointed or corroded objects in the unit.
3. If you unplug the unit, wait ten minutes to plug it again.
4. Do not store bottled drinks in the freezer to prevent broken or
damaged bottles and to prevent damages to the refrigerator.
5. Try not to open the door during power failure.
6. When defrosting, never use any sharp or metallic objects to
remove the frost on the surface of the evaporator as it may
damage the evaporator.

Do not touch foods and containers in the freezing
compartment with your wet hands to prevent frostbite.
Maintenance
1. When cleaning the refrigerator, pull out the electric power
plug, rub carefully with a piece of cloth with natural cleanser
and wipe with clean water. Do not use abrasive cleaners,
alkali cleansers, chemical cloth, thinner, alcohol, acid
petroleum products and hot water to clean the refrigerator;
they may damage the painting and plastic parts.
2. Clean the door gasket frequently to avoid moisture and mold.

Thermostat:
The thermostat knob is used to adjust the compartment‟s
temperature. You can adjust it as desired. If the thermostat

number is higher, the compartment‟s temperature is lower; if the
number is lower, the compartment‟s temperature is higher; if the
number is “0”, the refrigerator is off.
If you feel that the compressor is running for too long or ice
appears inside the fresh food compartment, you may adjust the
thermostat knob to a lower number. If the compartment‟s
temperature is higher or the food will be stored for a long time,
you may adjust the knob to a larger number. Normally you can set
the thermostat to „3‟. This number represents a temperature
setting, not a specific temperature.

Instrucciones de Instalación

Instrucciones de Uso
1. Cuando la nevera se encienda por primera vez, déjela funcionar sin
