Years of work experience, devoted to the manufacturing
of conveyor belts employed in various industry sectors,
have convinced us that the quality and suitability of a
belt becomes the prevailing and basic components of a
machine or equipment, where the belt is part of it and is
able to modify its operability or to determine its
efficiency.
Consequently, we have worked such that SAMPLA
BELTING range of conveyor belts, for the marble,
granite and ceramic sector, is the right solution for
solving any kind of problem.
This engagement, started at the dawn of the stone-sector
mechanization, has made SAMPLA BELTING an
acknowledged leader in the market.
The current range of Sampla Belting belts, offers solutions to
any problem of cutting, polishing and sizing of marble,
granite, cement-marble, resin-marble and ceramic in any
market thickness. In fact, the special structures of belt covers,
some of them exclusively made and now considered as a
market standard, together with specific base compounds
allow an optimum grip with pieces to be worked in any
operational circumstance. In addition, consideration should
be given to the ample availability of 100% polyester fabric
fibers, available according to needs. All Sampla Belting belts
have the sliding surface covered with a deep skimming of
PVC or PU, according to the final utilization in the stonesector.
Tras años de experiencia dedicados a la fabricación de
cintas transportadoras empleadas en diversos sectores
industriales, tenemos el convencimiento de que tanto la
calidad como la adaptabilidad de una cinta son los
componentes primordiales de cualquier maquinaria en la
que la cinta es una parte fundamental que define su
funcionamiento y determina su eficacia. En base a esto,
hemos trabajado con el fin de lograr que el surtido de
cintas transportadoras de SAMPLA para los sectores de
mármol, granito y cerámica, ofrezca soluciones eficaces
para resolver cualquier tipo de problema. Este
compromiso, surgido en los orígenes de
la
mecanización del sector del trabajo con piedra, ha
convertido a SAMPLA BELTING en un líder reconocido
en el mercado.
Nuestro surtido de cintas ofrece soluciones
eficaces a cualquier problema de corte, pulido o
tallaje de mármol, granito, cemento-mármol,
resina-mármol y cerámica en el grosor de
cualquier mercado. Concretamente, las
estructuras especiales de las cubiertas de cintas,
algunas de las cuales fabricadas exclusivamente
y consideradas como estándar del mercado,
junto con ciertos componentes de base
específicos, permiten una unión óptima con
piezas que han de ser trabajadas en cualquier
circunstancia operativa.Es necesario tener en
cuenta la amplia disponibilidad de fibras de tejido
100% poliéster, según las distintas necesidades.
Todas las cintas transportadoras de SAMPLA
tienen la superficie inferior cubierta con una capa
gruesa de PVC o PU, según su propósito final en
el sector de la piedra.

excelente al procesar material irregular, otorgar estabilidad de los
productos transportados y facilitar el drenaje. El perfil “Y” permite
asimismo un alto nivel de protección contra el rasgado y la
abrasión de las telas.

sides of the belt distance between
teeth is wider, while at the centre
part the teeth are reversed in
double rows. In this way, maximum
stability of the marble and granite
slabs is guaranteed, also for thin
and slightly bulged slabs.
Perfil alto con diseño de sierra dentada, evolución de nuestro perfil
clásico “H.” A ambos lados de la cinta la distancia entre los dientes
se ensancha, mientras que en la parte central los dientes están
dispuestos en filas dobles. De esta manera, se garantiza la
máxima estabilidad de las losas de mármol y granito, incluso en el
caso de que sean delgadas o tengan protuberancias.

The MG 101 Y and MG 101 H2 belts have a PVC top cover with 45° Shore A hardness. Features are: high friction coefficient and belts can be used fo
applications with presence of water, mineral oils and detergents. The 4-ply polyester textile carcass, the base for all belts of the MG range, allows for a
high dimensional stability, no edge-raising and very low elongation factor.
Las bandas MG 101 Y y MG 101 H2 tienen una cubierta PVC con una dureza de 45 ° Shore A hardness. Sus características se resumen en: alto coeficiente

Our belts can be supplied, as follows: endless by vulcanization, open with ends prepared for vulcanization on the machine on-site; endless or prepared-ends with
ongitudinal containing guides and vulcanized strips in all standard size (rectangular and trapezoidal).

Perfil grueso, de diente de sierra, designado para su aplicación en
maquinas destinadas al pulido de losas grandes de granito y mármol
(ancho de producción de 2200 mm). Nuestras correas estándar son
utilizadas por las principales constructoras italianas.

Perfil bajo, romboide (“piel de serpiente”), especialmente diseñado
para asegurar la adhesión máxima del producto transportado y el
drenaje del agua, la cual no se queda por lo tanto en la superficie de

Flat transmission belts with leather and nylon lamina. The leather surface allows for an excellent grip between belt and pulley, also with presence of water, oil
and powder. The nylon lamina provides constant and homogeneous power transmission, giving also protection during overloads.

Flat transmission belts with synthetic rubber and nylon lamina. The synthetic rubber grip surface is a good alternative to the traditional surface of chrome leather:
resistance to abrasion, oils, water, powder and provides for a high friction coefficient, also ideal for applications with high pressure and overloads.
Correas de transmisión con goma sintética y laminas de nylon. La superficie de agarre hecha de goma sintética es una buena alternativa a la superficie tradicional
