Justice and Service Opportunities: (within the parish and wider community)
We will have group service experiences during the year as well as individual service opportunities
High School Youth Ministry: Bi-Weekly youth gatherings that will include faith formation, fellowship
and community building, prayer and worship, leadership development, and so much more in a relevant,
authentic and genuine way for high school youth to engage in ways that makes sense for busy lives that
they are trying to figure out. Above all else, we strive to create a sense of community that is accepting
and welcoming to all; to question, explore and dive deeper into our faith with peers and positive adult
role models who can walk that journey of faith with them.
Youth Group will meet on alternating Sundays 1:30-3pm in the Teen Room
Other Opportunities: fellowship and social functions, retreats, justice and service opportunities
(within the parish and wider community), youth conventions and rallies
High School Youth Convention: November 6-8. Weekend Trip to Archdiocese of Seattle Youth
Convention. Keynote speakers, praise and worship music, workshops, Mass, FUN and more!
Deadline to Register and Payment Due: NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 18TH.
Goals of Youth Ministry:
1) To empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today
2) To draw young people to responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Catholic
faith community.
3) To foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person.

We will have group service experiences during the year as well as individual service opportunities
Jóvenes de Preparatoria (grados 9-12): Reuniones quincenal incluirán formación de fe,
compañerismo y formación de comunidad, oración y alabanza, desarrollo como líder, y mucho más en
un ambiente relevante, autentico y genuina para que los jóvenes de preparatoria puedan compartir y
poner sentido a la vida ocupada que llevan. Sobre todo, crear un sentido de comunidad donde todos son
aceptados y acogidos para sentirse libre de preguntar, explorar y reflexionar preguntas profundas con
sus compañeros y mentores positivos quienes los acompañaran durante su jornada de fe.

Convencion de Jovenes Secundaria en Arquidiócesis de Seattle. Oradores principales, adoración de
música, talleres, DIVERTIDO y mas! Fecha Limite de Registro: 18 de Octubre
Metas de Ministerio de Jovenes:
1 ) Ayudar a los jóvenes a que vivan como discípulos de Jesucristo en nuestro mundo de hoy
2) Atraer a los jóvenes a participar responsablemente en la vida misión y trabajo de la comunidad
católica
3) A enriquecer el crecimiento personal y espiritual total de cada joven
