Teilnehmer
Eingeladen sind Kindertheater-, Kindertanz- und Kinderzirkusgruppen aus 18
Ländern. Die Gruppen werden von den
jeweiligen Fachverbänden und Dachorganisationen ihrer Länder vorgeschlagen.
Aus jedem Land werden pro teilnehmender Produktion bis zu 15 Kinder und
jeweils zwei Betreuer eingeladen. Für
Zusatzauftritte während des Festivals auf
der Open-Air-Bühne und im Zirkus-Park
können 6 weitere Kinder/Jugendliche
aus dem eingeladenen Land am Festival
teilnehmen.
Die Kinder sollten 8–14 Jahre alt sein.
Eine Über- bzw. Unterschreitung der
Altersstufen ist in einzelnen Fällen
möglich. Voraussetzung ist, dass die
Gruppen bis zum 24. Juli 2014 anreisen
und während des gesamten Festivals
anwesend sind.

Jury ausgewählt, der auch Mitglieder des
„Standing Committee for Children and
Youth“ der AITA/IATA angehören. Die
nominierten Gruppen erhalten bis zum
31.Dezember 2013 eine entsprechende
Nachricht.
Das Motto
“Colour your World”
Kinder sind von Geburt an bunt. Erst
beim Älter- und Erwachsenwerden
können ihre Farben anfangen zu blättern.
Und auch die Welt ist bunt. Erst die geschlossenen Grenzen zwischen Kulturen,
Ländern, Ansichten und Menschen
machen sie farb- und trostloser. ”Colour
your World!” ist also zunächst ein Aufruf
an uns Erwachsene, die Perspektiven zu
wechseln. Es den Kindern wieder gleich
zu tun. Die verschlossenen Malkästen
unserer Kindheit und mit ihnen unsere
Augen wieder zu öffnen für ungewohnte,
bunte Blicke. Entdeckung des Andersartigen statt der Abgrenzung davon. Und wo
könnte das besser gehen als beim WKT?
Hunderte Kinder aus aller Welt spielen,
feiern, essen und leben zusammen.
Erwachsene sind auch bunt. Manchmal
haben sie das einfach nur vergessen. Es
ist Zeit, uns wieder daran zu erinnern:

Aufführungen
Für die Teilnahme am Festival können
sich Produktionen, Show- und Walk Acts
für die Theaterbühne, die Open-Air-Bühne und für den Park of Colours bewerben.
Bewerbungen mit einer Produktion für
die Theaterbühne und zusätzlich einem
Show- oder Walk Act in den Bereichen
Rahmenprogramm
Musik/Gesang/Tanz/Artistik /Akrobatik/
Folklore/Clownerie/Comedy sind möglich
und erwünscht.
Die Produktionen für die Theaterbühne
sollten zwischen 30 und 60 Minuten
lang sein - die Show- und Walk Acts auf
der Open Stage und im Park of Colours
zwischen 15 und 30 Minuten. Es werden
performative Stücke, Show- und Walk
Acts bevorzugt, die leicht von einem
internationalen Publikum verstanden
werden können. Es stehen drei Bühnen
zur Verfügung und zwar eine Theaterbühne 14 x 16 m, eine Open-Air-Bühne
10 x 10 m, eine Bühne im Zirkuszelt 10
x 8 m und der Park of Colours mit einer
Grundfläche von ca. 25.000 m2.
Die Aufführungen werden Gegenstand
der Diskussionen eines Fachsymposions
sein.

teilnehmenden Kinder Theater-, Tanzund Zirkusworkshops angeboten, die von
einem internationalen Workshop-Team
geleitet werden. Auf dem Festivalgelände
des Park of Colours und auf der Open
Stage of Colours finden während des
gesamten Festivals vielfältige Programmaktivitäten, Animationen und Open
Stages statt. So wird das Festivalgelände
selbst zu einem Ort der Begegnung, der
Unterhaltung und des Austausches. Die
Festivaltage enden jeweils mit Konzerten,
Diskos und anderen Überraschungen.
Unterbringung
Die Kinder werden jeweils zu zweit in
Gastfamilien untergebracht, in Ausnahmefällen in einem Jugendgästehaus. Für
Begleiter stehen Gästehäuser/Jugendherbergen zur Verfügung.

Vom Veranstalter werden für die eingeladenen Gruppen für den gesamten
Zeitraum der Veranstaltung die Kosten

für Unterkunft und Verpflegung, Versicherung und Transfer vom Flughafen
in Deutschland nach Lingen (Ems) und
zurück übernommen. Die Reisekosten
müssen grundsätzlich von der Gruppe
selbst getragen werden. In begründeten
Fällen können – sofern entsprechende
Gelder zur Verfügung stehen – Zuschüsse zu den Fahrtkosten gezahlt werden.
Die Teilnahme an allen Aktivitäten im
Rahmen des Festivals ist kostenlos.

Park of Colours
In Anlehnung an den Titel des Festes –
„Colour your World!“ – verwandelt sich
das gesamte Festivalgelände Wilhelmshöhe in einen „Park of Colours“, in einen
Park der Farben. Die Farbenpracht
entfaltet sich während des Festivals auf
vielfältige Weise. Neben den Farben der
sommerlichen Natur, in deren Mitte das
Festivalgelände liegt, findet tagsüber
rund um das Zirkuszelt ein buntes
circensisches Treiben statt mit allem was
ein buntes Zirkus- und Jahrmarktsleben
zu bieten hat. Während des gesamten
Festivals sind im ganzen Park verteilt
Stände der teilnehmenden Gruppen aus
aller Welt zu finden. Hier lässt sich in
aller Ruhe die bunte Vielfalt der einzelnen Theaterproduktionen und Kulturen
entdecken. Abends wird zu den jeweiligen Abschlussveranstaltungen eines
Tages das gesamte Festivalgelände mit
unterschiedlichen Lichtinstallationen und
Illuminationen in ein buntes Lichtermeer
getaucht: Da gibt es zum Beispiel blaue
Bäume, grüne Feuermenschen und rote
Eisbären...
Symposium
Das Symposion ist Teil des Welt-Kindertheater-Festes und inhaltlich und
organisatorisch eng mit ihm vernetzt.
Im Mittelpunkt der fachlichen Auseinandersetzung stehen die im Rahmen
des Festivals gezeigten Produktionen,
die im Diskurs mit den Regisseuren und
Spielleitern ästhetisch und methodisch
befragt werden.

Standort Lingen, in Kooperation mit dem
Standing Committee for Children and
Youth der AITA/IATA und in Verantwortung von Prof. Dr. Bernd Ruping.

Invited will be children’s theatre, children’s dance and children’s circus groups
from 18 countries. These groups are
to be suggested by the corresponding
special institutions and umbrella organisations of their countries. From each
country and production 15 children and
two accompanying persons are invited.
Another six children/young people of
each invited country participating in
the festival can take part in additional
performances that will take place on
the open-air stage and in the Park of
Colours.
The motto –
Colour your World!
From birth children are colourful. Only
when they get older and growing up their
colours can begin to flake off. And also
the world is colourful. Only the closed
borders between cultures, countries,
views and people make the world colourless and cheerless. “Colour Your World!”
is thus above all a call to us adults to
change perspectives and to make it
again as children. Unlocking the closed
paint boxes of our childhood and with
them open our eyes again for unusual,
colourful views.
Discovery of otherness rather than the
delineation of it and where could this be
better than in the context of the World
Festival of Children’s Theatre? Hundreds
of children from all over the world play,
celebrate, eat and live together. Also the
adults are colourful – but sometimes
they have simply forgotten. It’s time to
remember. Colour your world – then life
will become colourful!
End of November 2013 an international
jury which also includes members of the
Standing Committee for Children and
Youth of AITA/IATA will select the groups.
The selected groups will be informed
about the decision of the jury by 31st
December 2014 at the latest.

There are three stages, a theatre stage
with the measurements 14 x 15 m, an
open-air stage with the measurements
10 x 10 m and a stage in a circus tent
with the measurements 10 x 8 m and the
Park of Colours which has a surface area
of about 25.000 sg. m.

The children should be aged 8 to 14. In
individual cases, children who are older
or younger may also take part. A condition of participation is that the groups arrive by the 24th July 2014 and stay during
the entire festival.

Supplementary programme
In the morning the children participating
in the festival will take part in theatre,
dance and circus workshops. The
workshops will be led by an international
workshop team.
During the entire festival there will be
various programme activities, animations
and open stage performances in the
festival area “Park of Colours” and on the
open-air stage. So the festival area itself
becomes a meeting place where children
and adults can talk to each other and
exchange ideas and information. At the
end of each day of the festival there will
be concerts, discos and other surprises.
Accommodation
The children will stay in pairs in host families, in exceptional cases they stay in a
youth hostel. The accompanying persons
will be accommodated at guest houses/
youth hostels.

and travelling expenses
The organiser will pay for accommodation, meals and insurance during the whole time of the event and for the transport
from a German airport to Lingen (Ems)
and back. The groups will have to pay
their travelling expenses themselves.
In individual, justified cases of need,
the organiser may make a contribution
towards the travelling expenses, provided
that there are enough financial funds.
For the groups participation in all festival
activities is free of charge.
Park of Colours
Following the motto “Colour your World!”
the whole festival area Wilhelmshöhe will
turn into a “Park of Colours”.
The colours unfold during the festival
in many ways. Besides the colours of
the summer nature, where in the middle
the festival area is situated, a colourful
circus and funfair programme with all it
has to offer will take place during the day
around the circus tent.
During the festival stands for all participating groups from all over the world are
spread over the festival area. Here the
opportunity is given to discover relaxed
the colourful diversity of the cultures and
theatre productions.

In the evening in the context of the
respective closing events of the day the
festival area will be transformed with
different light installations and illuminations in a colourful see of light – for
example blue trees, green fire people, red
polar bears….
Symposium
The symposium is part of the World
Festival of Children’s Theatre and it is
closely connected to it as regards contents, as well as organisation.
The productions shown during the
festival will be the focus of the discussion of experts at the symposium. In the
discussion with the directors the productions will be questioned aesthetically and
methodically.

Des groupes de théâtre des enfants
et des groupes de danse et de cirque
enfantins venant de 18 pays différents
sont conviés au festival. Ces groupes
seront proposés par les associations
thématiques et par les organismes de
coordination des pays concernés. Pour
chaque pays seront invités jusqu’à 15
enfants et deux accompagnateurs par
production participante. En ce qui concerne les représentations complémentaires réalisées en plein air sur l’OpenAir-Bühne (la scène en plein air) et au
Zirkus-Park (parc du cirque) pendant le
festival, 6 autres enfants/adolescents du
pays invité pourront également participer
au festival.
Les enfants devront être âgés de 8 à
14 ans, mais des exceptions pourront
cependant être acceptées au-dessous
ou au-dessus de cette tranche d’âge
dans certains cas particuliers. Condition indispensable: les groupes devront
arriver le 18 juin 2010 au plus tard et
être présents pendant toute la durée du
festival.
Le thème “Colour your World”
Les enfants aiment les couleurs dès la
naissance. C‘est seulement en grandissant et en devenant adulte que les couleurs commencent à se perdre. Le monde
aussi est multicolore. Mais les frontières
entre les cultures, les pays, les points
de vues et les hommes le rendent triste
et incolore. ”Colour your World!” est un
appel à nous, les adultes, pour changer
les perpectives. Pour refaire comme les
enfants. Pour réouvrir les boîtes à peinture de notre enfance et, en même temps,
pour redécouvrir de nos yeux des visions
colorées et inhabituelles. La découverte
des différences au lieu de leur démarcation. Et quel endroit plus approprié
pour ce faire que le WKT? Des centaines
d‘enfants du monde entier jouent, font
la fête, mangent et vivent ensemble. Les
adultes sont aussi multicolores. Quelquefois, ils l‘ont juste oublié. Il est temps
de s‘en souvenir: Façonne ton monde en
couleur et ta vie sera multicolore: Colour
your World!
Les représentations
Les productions peuvent poser leur candidature pour la participation au festival
et les Show et Walk Acts pour la scène
théâtrale, la scène en plein air et le Parc
of Colours.
Les envois de candidature proposant à
la fois une production pour la scène de
Jury international
Les groupes sont sélectionnés par un
jury international dont font également
partie des membres du „Standing
Committee for Children and Youth“ de
l’association AITA/IATA. Les groupes
nominés recevront jusqu’au 31 décembre
2013 un courrier de confirmation.
Programme cadre
théâtre et un Show ou Walk Act dans
les domaines musique/chant/danse/art/
acrobatique/clownerie sont possibles et
souhaités.
Les productions destinées à la scène
de théâtre doivent présenter une durée
de 30 à 60 minutes. Les Show et Walk
Acts présentés sur la scène en plein air
et dans le Park of Colours devront durer
15 à 30 minutes. Nous privilégions les
pièces et les Show ou Walk Acts facilement accessibles à un public international. Trois scènes - une scène de théâtre
de 14 x 16 m, une scène en plein air de
10 x 10 m, une scène sous la tente du
cirque - et le Park of Colours qui offre
une superficie de 25.000 m² environ,
sont mises à la disposition des artistes.
Les représentations feront l’objet de
débats dans le cadre d’un symposium
thématique.
Des ateliers de théâtre, de danse et de
cirque dirigés par une équipe internationale de travail en atelier seront proposés
en matinée aux enfants.
Un certain nombre d’activités diverses et
variées – animations, Open Stages - seront organisées sur le site du festival du
Park of Colours ainsi qu’au Open Stage
of Colours. Toutes ces manifestations
feront du site même du festival un lieu de
rencontres, d’entretiens et d’échanges.
Ainsi, le site du festival devient lui-même
un endroit de rencontre, de divertissement et d‘échange. Toutes les journées
du festival s’achèveront par des concerts,
du disco et d‘autres surprises.

Les enfants seront hébergés à deux dans
des familles d’accueil et, dans certains
cas exceptionnels, dans une Maison de la
jeunesse. Les accompagnateurs seront
logés dans des Maisons de la jeunesse/
auberges de jeunesse.
Frais de séjour
et de déplacement
L’organisateur prendra en charge, pour
toute la durée de la manifestation, les
coûts d’hébergement et de nourriture
ainsi que les frais d’assurance et de
transfert aller-retour entre l’aéroport en
Allemagne et Lingen (Ems). Les frais de
voyage sont en principe à la charge du
groupe. Des contributions sont toutefois
possibles – sous réserve de moyens
disponibles - dans certains cas justifiés.
La participation à toutes les activités
organisées dans le cadre du festival est
gratuite.
Park of Colours
Pour répondre au nom – “Colour your
World“ – choisi pour le festival, l’ensemble du site de Wilhelmshöhe, réservé au
festival, sera aménagé en un „Park of
Colours“, en un parc des couleurs. Cette
magnificence des couleurs se développe au long du festival de différentes
manières. En plus des couleurs de la
nature estivale, saison à laquelle le
festival a lieu, se déroule toute la journée
une animation multicolore ayant rapport
au cirque autour de la tente avec tout ce
que la vie du cirque ou de la fête foraine
peut offrir. Pendant la durée du festival, les stands des différents groupes
participants sont répartis dans le parc. Il
est alors possible de découvrir en toute
quiétude la diversité des productions de
théâtre et des cultures. Le soir, lors du
spectacle de clôture de la journée, le site
entier du festival sera transformé en une
mer de lumières avec des installations
lumineuses et des illuminations. Il y
aura, par exemple, des arbres bleus, des
hommes verts et des ours rouges...
Symposium
Le symposium fait partie du Festival
mondial du théâtre des enfants et est en
étroite collaboration avec lui. Au centre
des des discussions spécialisées se trouvent les productions montrées au cours
du festival et les discours des régisseurs
et des directeurs de théâtre sur des
questions d‘esthétique et de méthodes.
Le symposium est organisé par l’Institut de pédagogie théâtrale de l’Institut
universitaire d’Osnabrück (implantation
de Lingen) en collaboration avec le
Standing Committee for Children and
Youth de l’association AITA/IATA, et sous
la responsabilité de M. le Prof. Dr. Bernd
Ruping.

Están invitados grupos de teatro, de
danza y de circo, todos ellos de niños,
de 18 países. Los grupos deben ser
propuestos por las asociaciones especializadas y las organizaciones centrales
de los países correspondientes Pueden
asistir hasta 15 niños y dos acompañantes por cada producción. Otros 6 niños
/jóvenes de cada país invitado podrán
participar en actuaciones adicionales
que tendrán lugar en un escenario al
aire libre (Stage of Colours/Escenario de
colores) y en el Park of Colours (Parque
de colores) durante el festival.
Los niños deben tener una edad
comprendida entre 8 y 14 años. Será
posible hacer alguna excepción en casos
individuales en los que se supere o no se
alcance la edad arriba mencionada. Es
condición requerida para la participación
que los grupos lleguen antes del 24 de
julio de 2014 y que permanezcan durante
todo el tiempo que dure el festival.

Participantes
Pueden mandar solicitudes para producciones, show y walk acts en el escenario
de teatro, y, para los “Stage of Colours” y
Park of Colours, al aire libre .
El lema es
“Colour your World!”
(¡Colorea tu mundo!)
Los niños son desde su nacimiento
coloreados.Con la edad y su desarrollo
como adultos, comienzan a deshojarlos.Y el mundo también es multicolor.Las
fronteras cerradas entre culturas, países,
y la opinión de la gente lo decoloran y
desesperanzan. “colorea tu mundo” es
por lo tanto, un llamamiento a nosotros
adultos, para cambiar las perspectivas.
Volver a hacerlo como niños.Abrir de
nuevo las cajas de pinturas de nuestra
niñez, y con ellas nuestros ojos a miradas desacostumbradas y multicolores.
El descubrimiento de otros modos en vez
de limitarlas. ¿Y donde podría funcionar
mejor que en el WKT donde cientos de
niños de todo el mundo juegan, celebran,
comen y viven juntos?. Los adultos
también están coloreados. A veces lo
olvidan.
Es tiempo de acordarnos; aporta color en
tu mundo. Y así será tu vida coloreada;
¡colorea tu mundo!
Son posibles, e incluso deseables,
solicitudes para producciones teatrales
y también para show y walk acts en las
disciplinas de música/canto/danza/circo/acrobacia/folclore/payasos/comedia.
Las producciones para el escenario de
teatro deben durar entre 30 y 60 minutos. Los show y walk acts en el Stage of
Colours y en el Park of Colours entre 15
y 30 minutos. Se dará preferencia a las
producciones que puedan ser fácilmente
comprendidas por un auditorio internacional. Se dispondrá de tres escenarios: un
escenario de teatro de 14 x 16 mts, un
escenario al aire libre de 10 x 10 mts,
una etapa en la carpa del circo 10 x 8
mts. y el Park of Colours con una superficie aproximada de 25.000 m².
Las discusiones que tengan lugar en
el simposio estarán basadas en estas
producciones.
Jurado internacional
Los grupos serán seleccionados a finales
del 2013 por un jurado internacional en
el que estarán – entre otros –algunos
miembros del Comité Permanente para
Niños y Jóvenes de la AITA/IATA. Hasta
el 31 de Diciembre del 2013 se informará
a los grupos seleccionados si han sido
elegidos para participar en el festival.
Programa complementario
Por las mañanas se ofrecerá a los niños
la posibilidad de participar en talleres
de teatro,danza y circo. Estos talleres
estarán dirigidos por un equipo internacional especializado en esta tarea.
Durante todo el festival habrá actividades dentro del programa, animaciones y
open stages (escenarios abiertos). Así
el terreno del festival se convertirá en
un lugar de encuentro, de conversación
y de intercambio. Cada día el festival
concluirá con conciertos, discotecas
y otras sorpresas.

Los niños serán alojados de dos en dos
en familias anfitrionas, y en casos excepcionales, en casas de huéspedes. Los
acompañantes serán alojados en casas
de huéspedes/albergues juveniles.
Gastos de estancia y de viaje
Para los grupos invitados, la organización del festival se hará cargo de los
gastos de alojamiento, manutención y
del seguro durante todo el tiempo que
dure el festival, así como de los gastos
de transporte de ida y vuelta desde un
aeropuerto alemán hasta Lingen (Ems).
Cada grupo deberá pagar sus gastos de
viaje desde su país hasta Alemania. En
casos excepcionales y justificados se
podrá obtener una contribución a estos
gastos de viaje, siempre que se disponga
de fondos suficientes para ello. Los grupos tendrán acceso gratuito a
todas las actividades del festival.
Park of Colours
Basándose en el lema del festival –
“¡Colorea tu mundo!”, todo el territorio de
Wilhelmshöhe se convertirá en un Park
of Colours. Este Park of Colours, en un
parque de colores. El esplendor de colores, se desarrolla durante el festival de
muchas maneras.Al lado de los colores
de la naturaleza en verano, en cuyo cen-
tro se encuentra el recinto del festival,se
encuentra durante el día alrededor de
la carpa de circo una actividad circense
multicolor, con todo lo que ofrece un
circo de color y vida de mercado anual.
Durante la duración del festival, habrá en
todo el recinto, diversos puestos de los
grupos participantes de todo el mundo.
Aquí se puede descubrir con tranquilidad
la diversidad de color de cada una de
las producciones teatrales y culturales.
Por las noches, tras la última actuación
del día, se sumerjerá el parque con
diferentes instalaciones de iluminación
en un mar de colores;por ejemplo,habrá
árboles azules,gente de fuego verde,
osos polares rojos....

internacional de teatro infantil, y su contenido y organización están estrechamente conectadas. El punto principal de
las explicaciones especializadas ,sobre
producciones enseñadas al margen
del festival , que son discutidas con los
directores y directores artísticos, desde
el punto de vista estético y metódico.
