Macchina automatica avvolgitrice per pallet con polietilene
estensibile a braccio rotante modello RA300 completa di gruppo
pinza taglio del polietilene. La macchina è completa delle protezioni
perimetrali in rete con porta di accesso e fine corsa di emergenza.
La rotazione del braccio è controllata da inverter. La velocità di
salita e discesa del carrello portabobina avviene anche essa tramite
inverter. Con questo concetto la avvolgitrice RA300 della MESSERSI
PACKAGING raggiunge una flessibilità completa.

Automatic wrapping machine for pallets with stretch
polyethylene with rotating arm RA300 version complete of clamping and
cutting system of the polyethylene.The machine is fitted with netting to
protect its perimeter, an access door and emergency limit switch. The
rotation of the arm is inverter-controlled. The upward and downward
speed of the reel bearer also occurs through the inverter. With this
concept the RA300 wrapping machine by MESSERSI PACKAGING
reaches total flexibility.

Machine automatique banderoleuse pour palette avec
polyéthylène extensible à bras tournant modèle RA300 équipée de
groupe de pince de coupe du polyéthylène. La machine est équipée des
protections périmétrales en grillage avec porte d’accès et fin de course
de secours. La rotation du bras est contrôlée par l’inverseur. La vitesse
de montée et de descente du chariot porte-bobine a lieu également
au moyen d’un inverseur. Avec ce concept la banderoleuse RA300 de
MESSERSI PACKAGING atteint une complète flexibilité.



Automatische Umwickelmaschine für Paletten mit
Polyäthylen-Stretchfolie, mit Dreharm, Modell RA300 mit eingebauter
Greifer- und Schneidegruppe für das Polyäthylen. Die Maschine hat
rundum Schutzgitter mit einer Zugangstüre und einem Notanschlag.
Die Drehung des Arms wird von einem Inverter gesteuert. Auch
die Hebe- bzw. Senkgeschwindigkeit des Folienschlittens wird
durch einen Inverter gesteuert. Durch dieses Konzept erreicht
die Umwickelmaschine RA300 von MESSERSI PACKAGING eine
vollständige Flexibilität.

Automatische Drehtischumwickelmaschine Mod. RTA,
komplett mit Greifsystem und automatischem Abschnitt der
Dehnfolie aus Polyethylen und motorisierte Rollenbahn auf
Drehtisch zur Bewegung der zu verpackenden Paletten.
Die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Drehtischs ist über einen dazu
bestimmten Inverter ebenso einstellbar, wie die Geschwindigkeit
der Auf- und Abfahrt des Rollenträgerwagens.
Diese Wahl von Messersì Packaging gestattet äußerste Flexibilität

movimentazione del pallet da confezionare.
La velocità di rotazione della tavola rotante è regolabile per mezzo
di inverter dedicato così come la velocità di salita/discesa del carrello
porta-bobina.

RTA, complete of clamping and cutting system of polyethylene
stretch film and motorized conveyor on rotating table for the moving
of the pallet to be wrapped.
The rotating speed of the rotating table can be regulate through the
dedicated conveyor as well as the speed of the upward and downward
of the reel bearer.
This technical choice allows Messersì Packaging an extreme flexibility

Filmeuse automatique avec table roulante mod. RTA
équipée de groupe de pince de coupe du polyethylene et des rouleaux
motorisés sur la table roulante pour la movimentation de la palette
à emballer.
La vitesse du rotation de la table roulante est reglée par un variateur
aussi que la vitesse de montée et descente du chariot porte-bobine.
