Home Armor™ Flexible Sealer is a liquid rubberized coating in a convenient aerosol spray that quickly fills minor cracks and crevices and small
holes to stop water leaks and prevent corrosion. Works on gutters, downspouts, roofs, unpressurized pipes, shingles, skylights, windows,
chimneys, flashing, duct work, A/C drip pans, garden hoses, RV’S & campers, bird baths, fountains and more! Dries to a watertight seal,
producing a continuous coating. Will not drip, sag, chip, crack or peel. Can be painted over when dry, remains pliable and lasts for years. Helps
reduce vibrations, noise and sound. Easy to use and eliminates messy clean-up.

DIRECTIONS: 1. SHAKE WELL. 2. Hold can in an upright position, with
arrow on button pointed away from you, approximately 10-12 inches
from the surface. 3. Using a sweeping motion, spray on a clean, dry
surface. Apply several light coats, rather than one thick coat. Wait a few
minutes for each layer to become clear.Spray the area beyond the leak,
feathering the edges.
IMPORTANT: For major repairs, consult a professional. Although suitable
for many applications, Flexible Sealer may not be appropriate for all
substrates. To ensure the leak is repaired, always closely inspect to
ensure a tight seal. HELPFUL TIPS: Protect hands with solvent resistant
gloves and eyes with chemical splash goggles. For best results, apply at
temperatures above 60°F and avoid strong breezes. Not for use on cracks
or holes under hydrostatic pressure. Not for use on potable water containers.
Clear the nozzle after each use by inverting the can and pressing the
button in short bursts. COVERAGE: One 14 ounce can will treat 2 to 11
square feet, depending on the thickness and number of coats. CLEAN-UP:
Use Paint Thinner or Odorless Mineral Spirits to clean-up.
