We are the “Paraguayan Chamber of Road Builders Corporations”.
CAVIALPA is the Paraguayan Association of Road Builders Corporations which gathers the
most experienced Ingeneers and Technicians in the country.
Therefore, we can summarize CAVIALPA is:

An NGO (Non Government Organization).
A NON PROFIT Association.
An Organization aimed at meeting the common goals of its Associates.
An Organization engaged with the PARAGUAYAN BASIC ROADS PROJECT, which
impletation is required to CONNECT PARAGUAY with the different options for
transportation of NATIONAL PRODUCTS to the neighboring countries and to overseas.
