Give online: diocesepb.org/giving Annual Memorial Day Mass & Military Tribute The Diocesan cemetery, Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, will be celebrating its annual Memorial Day Mass on Monday, May 26, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with His Excellency, the Most Reverend Gerald M. Barbarito, as the main celebrant. All clergy, parishioners, and families of the Diocese of Palm Beach are invited to attend this Mass. This Mass is offered for all of those who have died in service to our country and for all of those who have served in the military. The purpose of the group is to offer support to persons who are experiencing symptoms of grief due to a recent loss. In general the group will be held weekly for 6-8 weeks. The group is open to men and women. The meetings will be on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. -11 a.m. in the Parish Hall. For more information call the Parish Office. ST. All High School Teens are welcome!! May 18th: Bowling At Jupiter Lanes / Teens must have permission slip. We will bowl till 9pm, returning to Cathedral by 9:30 p.m. Parents can drop off and pick up at the bowling alley if they would like. Help our Teens! Permission slips are online or can be obtained from Dee Aitken. (Some will be on hand at the court) 2) We will have Summer Volleyball Teams for St. Ignatius, that will be played at Trinity Methodist. If you would like to play volleyball either on a Middle of High School Team, contact the Youth Office 622-2565 TIME, TALENT & TREASURE $3,000 IMPORTANT Summer Camps & Conference Lifeteen Covecrest Camp is June 9-14. All teens attending must have complete paperwork. Please bring a copy of your health insurance card. Please keep our Teens & Adults in your prayers. Steubenville Atlanta Youth Conference is July 1113. We will have a meeting for this conference June 17. All teens planning on attending must attend meeting. We still have a few spots open for those interested. If you are not sure about attending, come and see what a conference is about at this meeting. Alive in YOU! Work Camp is June 24-28: We will have a meeting for the Alive in YOU! Camp on Tuesday, June 3rd, at 7PM. If any teen is interested in participating in helping others at this camp, come to this meeting. Hey Teens! Serve the larger community with service projects as well as serving the Parish community at Mass: Ushers, Lectors, Extraordinary Ministers, Lifeteen Music Ministry, or perhaps Religious Education to assist with smaller children. Each summer the opportunity for teens to go to a Catholic Camp or Youth Conference comes up and Many times they need financial support to be able to participate. Our Parishioners have been very generous to support Our teens in the past, it is that time again that I let you know, we are in need once more. Cost of transportation, lodging and camp/conference itself generally run between $500 - $650 dollars, we do fundraise, but at times need a bit more.
