Zang returns for Hipotecario offering

Argentina’s Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados has acted as deal counsel for a US$27 million notes offering
by regular client Banco Hipotecario.
The offering was part of Hipotecario’s US$800 million notes programme. BACS Banco de Crédito y
Securitización, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe acted as placement agents for
the transaction, alongside Hipotecario. The issuance closed on 30 November.
