“For the participation of young people in the Summit of the Americas”
The Young Americas Forum is the space generated by the YABT where youth,
as social actors, actively participate in the process of the Summits of the
Americas. The IV Forum, official event of the VII Summit of the Americas, will
focus their dialogue on the theme "Prosperity with Equity: The Challenge of
Cooperation in the Americas".
The implementation component within the Forum' process is the Talent and
Innovation Competition of the Americas "TIC Americas 2015", an international support platform and start-ups accelerator four young entrepreneurs.
Through TIC Americas, participants will present innovative solutions and
actions to the subthemes of the VII Summit.

Participation Process
1 National Dialogues
Regional, National and local youth-led consultations will take place in the
Member States of the OAS.
2 Virtual Community
A virtual space where stakeholders can discuss and present recommendations
and actions for the VII Summit of the Americas theme.

3 Virtual consultation
Open online consultation to express suggestions and concerns that will be
taken into consideration for the development of the next Youth Declaration
of Commitment 2015.
