TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement is made between the Officiant and the Bride and Groom (“Clients”) with respect to Clients’ wedding ceremony.
Services: The Officiant shall perform Bride & Groom’s Wedding Ceremony at the date, time and location stated above in the described
manner as per attached worksheet if submitted by the couple or civil ceremony if no worksheet was submitted.
Deposit: A $50 retainer (deposit) is required to reserve your date; the balance is due on the wedding day prior to the ceremony.
Date changes & Cancellation: If the date is changed, Officiant will try in good faith to be available on the new date and, if so, the retainer
will apply to the new date. If Clients cancel the Ceremony, a notice must be given at least seven (7) days prior to the original Ceremony
date and the $50.00 retainer fee shall be non-refundable. If notice is given less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled Ceremony date,
Clients shall be responsible for payment of the full fee for the Services.
Deposit Refunds: If the Officiant cannot perform the ceremony due to a cause beyond his/her control or due to Officiant’s illness or other
unforeseen events, Officiant will return all fees paid in triplicate but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement.
Ceremony props: The Bride and Groom will provide all ceremony props such as unity candles, sand, wine, roses, music, aisle runners,
and microphones, unless otherwise requested and arrangements made.
Schedule and Overtime: The Officiant shall remain at the ceremony location for a maximum of 45 minutes past the stated start time of
ceremony without running into additional charges for tardiness.
Image Release: Clients hereby give permission to Officiant to post a photograph(s) from the wedding on officiant’s website/ FB business
page, unless otherwise stated by Client. Clients waive any right to payment, royalties or any other consideration for the use of the images or
stories.
Marriage license & filing: Clients agree to present a valid marriage license to the Officiant before the ceremony is performed. The
Officiant will file your marriage license with the town or city that issued the license for CT & NY and to the town where marriage was
performed for NJ unless couple assumed responsibility to file it.
Confirmation: Officiant will contact Clients at least 7 days prior to the ceremony otherwise couple must contact us to ensure your
ceremony it is on our agenda.
No party to this Agreement shall be liable in damages for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by
conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of God (such as natural disasters), fire, Government restrictions (including
the denial of any necessary license), wars, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
The Clients acknowledge they have read this Agreement and they are fully familiar with the contents thereof.
By paying the retainer fee signifies you agree to the terms and conditions set forth and will serve as a written contract between you and the
Officiant; if you do not agree to any or all of the terms and conditions please contact us before making your payment.

Este acuerdo se realiza entre el Oficiante y los novios ("Clientes") con respecto a la ceremonia de la boda de los Clientes.
Servicios: El Oficiante celebrará la ceremonia de boda en la fecha, hora y lugar indicado arriba y en la forma descrita en la hoja de trabajo
adjunta presentada por la pareja o ceremonia civil si no se presentó ninguna hoja de trabajo.
Depósito: Un depósito de $ 50 es requerido para reservar la fecha y el balance se paga el día de la boda antes de la ceremonia.
Cambio de fecha & Cancelación: Si se cambia la fecha, Oficiante intentará de buena fe que estén disponibles en la nueva fecha y de ser
así, el depósito se aplicará a la nueva fecha. Si los clientes cancelan la ceremonia, se debe dar un aviso de por lo menos siete (7) días antes
de la fecha de la ceremonia original, el depósito de $ 50.00 será no reembolsable. Si el aviso se da menos de siete (7) días antes de la fecha
de la ceremonia programada, los clientes serán responsables por el pago completo de los Servicios.
Los reembolsos del depósito: Si el Oficiante no puede realizar la ceremonia debido a una causa más allá de su control o por enfermedad u
otros acontecimientos imprevistos, el Oficiante devolverá el deposito u honorarios pagados por triplicado, pero no tendrá ninguna otra
obligación con respecto a este Acuerdo.
Elementos de la Ceremonia : La novia y el novio proveerán todos los accesorios de la ceremonia , como velas de la unidad , la arena, vino
, rosas , música, corredores del pasillo y micrófonos, a menos que se haya solicitado estos servicios con anterioridad.
Tardanza: El Oficiante permanecerá en el lugar de la ceremonia para un máximo de 45 minutos después de la hora de inicio indicada de
ceremonia sin caer en cargos adicionales por tardanza.
Fotografías: Clientes presente autorizan al oficiante para publicar fotografía (s) de la boda en la página Web / FB del oficiante, a menos
que se indique lo contrario por parte del Cliente. Los clientes renuncian a cualquier derecho de pago, regalías o cualquier otra
contraprestación por el uso de las imágenes o historias.
Licencia de matrimonio/ Retorno: La novia y el novio se comprometen a presentar un certificado de matrimonio válido para el Oficiante
antes de realizar la ceremonia. El Oficiante retornará su licencia de matrimonio al pueblo o ciudad que haya expedido para Connecticut y
New York y a la ciudad donde se realizó el matrimonio en Nueva Jersey, a menos que los novios hayan asumido la responsabilidad de
devolverla.
Confirmación: Oficiante se pondrá en contacto con los novios al menos 7 días antes de la ceremonia de otra forma pareja debe
comunicarse con el Oficiante para asegurarse de que su ceremonia es en nuestra agenda.
Ninguna de las partes en el presente Acuerdo será responsable por daños y perjuicios de cualquier retraso o incumplimiento si este es
causado por circunstancias ajenas a su control, incluyendo pero no limitado a, actos como los desastres naturales, el fuego, Gobierno
restricciones (incluyendo la negación de cualquier licencia necesaria), las guerras, y/o cualquier otra causa más allá del control razonable
de la parte cuyo cumplimiento se ve afectada.
Clientes reconocen que han leído este Acuerdo y que esté plenamente familiarizado con el contenido de los mismos.
Al hacer su deposito significa que usted acepta los términos y condiciones establecidos y servirá como contrato por escrito entre usted y el
oficiante; si usted no está de acuerdo con cualquiera o todos los términos y condiciones, por favor póngase en contacto con nosotros antes de
hacer su pago.
