Con el antiguo nombre de las tierras de L’Albagés, Clos Pons Sisquella recupera la elaboración de vino blanco en Les Garrigues.
Fresco, floral, simpático y con un toque de atrevimiento, Sisquella es una flor blanca que destaca en una zona de vinos tintos.
Potente dulzor en nariz con notas de piña y limón, la fruta blanca madura también aparece en un momento posterior, así como
los tostados y las vainillas provenientes de una ligera crianza en madera nueva de roble francés.
Es elegantemente especiado, con notas cítricas, y muy refrescante.

Viñas en la población de L'Albagés y en La Pobla de Cérvoles
Un año dominado por la sequía y el calor, con unas
condiciones climatológicas cambiantes y imprevisibles.
Las temperaturas elevadas fueron la tónica del año,
destacando un invierno muy temperado y una primavera
más calurosa de lo habitual.
El crecimiento de la planta y la maduración de la uva se
desarrollaron en ausencia de precipitaciones y con
humedades ambientales muy bajas.

Fermentación y crianza de la Garnacha blanca durante 4
meses con battonage cada 15 días en barricas nuevas de roble
francés.
Botella borgoña expresión de 0,75 l.

El mes de Julio sorprendió con temperaturas inferiores a las
registradas normalmente. El termómetro se mantuvo por
debajo de los 30ºC prácticamente hasta mediados del mes
de Agosto, y fue a partir de ese momento en el que la
temperatura recuperó los niveles típicos de la época,
manteniéndolos hasta finales de Septiembre.
Todas estas variaciones aceleraron la maduración, que
Botella borgoña expresión de 1,5 l.
Producción 2011. 1.856 botellas
venía precedida por una escasez de fruta en la planta.
El resultado fue un año de producción muy baja, pero
originando unos vinos muy maduros y de gran
concentración.
