The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact in
accordance to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) and its implementing
regulations contained in 23 CFR part 771.119 for the proposed Willets Point Van Wyck
Expressway Ramps Project (“Project”) and approved the access modification comprising the
Project. The Project will provide new connections to the Van Wyck Expressway (I-678) in
Willets Point, Queens County in the City of New York. The Access Modification Report and
Finding of No Significant Impact are available on the NYCEDC website at
www.nycedc.com/willetspoint or for public inspection and copying by appointment with Rob
