Análisis y propuesta, Granollers.
Proyecto urbano, análisis y propuesta de tres barrios periféricos de Granollers.
Cohesión del barrio de Can Lledó y conexión con los barrios colindantes.
Se busca coser el territorio mediante la conexión de las infraestructuras que lo rodean de forma tangente a los paquetes
residenciales alejándonos de una directa conexión con la fuerza del viario que representa el cuarto cinturón.
Potente presencia del corredor biológico al que se quiere vincular cada uno de los parques fluviales de los diferentes
barrios.
Toma de conciencia del carácter rural del conjunto mediante recorridos peatonales asociados a las masias existentes
de la zona.
Urban project, analisys and proposal for three outskirts neighborhoods in Granollers.
Cohesion of Can Lledó neighborhood and connection with the surrounding ones.
It is intended to unify the territory through the connection of the surrounding infrastructures in a tangential way to
the residential parcels. By doing this we avoid a direct connection with the strenght of the road that the fourth ring
represents.
Strong presence of the green belt to which is pretended to bound each fluvial park of the different neighborhoods.
Awareness of the ensemble rural character through pedestrian paths related to the existent “masias” of the area.

Escuela de música, Sarriá. Barcelona.
Escuela de música que incluye auditorio con capacidad para 200 personas, un total de 1000m2 de superficie edificable.
Objetivo: Crear una rampa-calle que acabe en el elemento principal que es el auditorio. A través de este recorrido se
configuran las distintas aulas, como cajas flotantes formadas por una serie de envolventes consecutivas.
El diseño requiere un gran empeño por conservar el máximo espacio público de la plaza ya existente. Para conseguirlo
el auditorio queda enterrado en la cota de la plaza, convirtiendo su cubierta en parte de este espacio público. A su vez,
la rampa pasa a cubierta articulando el espacio y haciéndolo transitable.
Music school including an auditorium with capacity for 200 people and a total buildable surface of 1000 m2.
Aim: Construct a ramp-street which ends in the auditorium as it is the main element. Throughout this track it is possible to configurate the different classrooms as well as floating boxes formed by a sequence of consecutive envelopes.
The design requires a big effort for conserving the largest public space of the already existent square. To achieve this
the auditorium needs to be buried at the same elevation of the square, so its cover becomes part of this public area. At
the same time the ramp becomes the cover articulating the area and doing it transitable.

Programa de 3000m2 de superficie: Agencia para el Bestiario de Cataluña.
El origen de las formas que responden al edificio está en un diagrama representativo de un texto del libro “Como la
vida inmita a la ajedrez”de G.Kasparov.
El edificio limita la parte sur del Pueblo Español redefiniendo la calle, y ofrece la posibilidad de entrar en contacto con
el terreno a dos cotas distintas, lo que permite una comunicación directa entre el edificio y ambos niveles exteriores.
The syllabus of 3000m2 is an Agency for the Bestiary of Catalonia.
The origin of the shapes of the building is due to a representative diagram from an extract of the book “How life imitates chess”from G.Kasparov.
The building delineates the southern part of the “Pueblo Español” and redefines the street, making the access possible
at two different levels and creating a direct communication between the building and the two exterior levels.
El proyecto tiene la característica de ser un proyecto extensivo, muy lineal. Las partes se distinguen por el tipo de
construcción y los materiales elegidos.
La fachada refuerza el sentido de linealidad. Está formada por encofrado de hormigón y se combina con grandes vidrios
que cubren la altura total de las partes verticales, aprovechando además el retranqueo de los muros, que salen hacía el
sol en la fachada sur y se esconden en la fachada norte.
The project stands out for being an extensive and very lineal project. The different parts are easily distinguised because
of the type of construction and selected materials.
The sense of linearity is reinforced by the facade, which is made of concrete formwork and combined with large glasses that cover the entire height of the vertical sides, getting the most of the wall setback. The walls face the sun in the
southern facade and hide in the northern one.
Master Urbanismo_ Proyecto de diseño urbano, Foz. Galicia.
Plan parcial, zona de Foz, la Mariña Lucense, Galicia. Area de actuación: 10.000m2.
Plan parcial de creación de viviendas, equipamientos y zonas verdes.
Los objetivos son la recuperación de sendas peatonales, espacios libres y zonas verdes creando y conectando nuevos
espacios verdes. Generar fachada en el viario principal completando la edificación existente.
Generar equipamientos relacionados con el instituto para uso vinculado al mismo tanto en invierno como en verano.
Ampliar con edificación de poca densidad en el area norte contemplando la edificación existente.
Partial plan in Foz. A Mariña Lucense, Galicia. Scope of action: 10.000m2.
Partial plan for building houses, equipments and green areas.
It is aimed to retrieve pedestrian paths, open areas and green spaces by creating and connecting new green areas.
Complete the existent edification by making a facade in the main street.
Generate equipments to supply the high-school both in summer and winter.
Broaden with low-density-edification in the northern area taking into account the existent buildings.
