Screening Notification
According to Mission School District’s bylaws, students are screened
for height, weight, vision, dental, spinal deformities and Acanthosis
Nigricans throughout their school career. I understand that my child may be
screened for one or more of these unless I notify the school nurse otherwise.

Segun los reglamentos del distrito escolar de Mission, los estudiantes
reciben examen de altura, peso, oido, vista, dientes, problemas de la espalda
y para detectar cambios en la piel (acanthosis nigricans) durante su vida
escolar en el distrito. Yo entiendo que mi hijo/hija sera examinado(a) para
uno o mas de estos examenes a menos que se le avise a la enfermera de la
escuela.
