DAY 1
LOS MOCHIS - EL FUERTE
Arrival to Los Mochis airport and transfer to the colonial town of El Fuerte. Rest of the day
at leisure at this magic city. Visit on your own the main plaza with its Kiosco, the colonial
church, the municipal palace, the local market, and the river that crosses the city and
where you can watch several species of birds and vegetation. Also enjoy delicious sea
food dishes at the different local restaurants. Our suggestion: “Cauque” from the El Fuerte
river. Lodging.
DAY 2
El FUERTE – CREEL This morning at 8:00 am transfer to the train station
to board the first class Ferromex Chepe train to Creel. Enjoy the most interesting part of
the train ride, the train crosses several tunnels and bridges while you will get impressed
with the beautiful views of the Sierra Madre. The train offers a dinning coach, bar-snacks
coach and reclining seats for your comfort. Arrival to Creel at 4:00 pm and transfer to your
hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Lodging.
DAY 3
CREEL - DIVISADERO
This morning at 10:30 am transfer to the train station. The train leaves at 11:15 am to
Divisadero. Arrival at 1:00 pm and transfer to the hotel. Lunch included at the hotel and in
the afternoon join a guided walking tour along the rim that the hotel staff offers to all its
guests. Dinner included at the hotel. Lodging.
DAY 4
DIVISADERO – CEROCAHUI
Breakfast included at the hotel. Free morning to enjoy the area and free time for
shopping Tarahumara handicrafts. Transfer at noon to the train station and train at 1:00
pm to the charming town of Cerocahui. The train arrives at 3:00 pm to Bahuichivo train
station and 45 minutes transfer to Cerocahui. Rest of the day at leisure to visit on your own
the old Mission and the Tarahumara´s girls boarding school located both behind the hotel.
Dinner included at the hotel. Lodging.

CEROCAHUI – LOS MOCHIS
Breakfast included at the hotel, then tour to Cerro del Gallego Urique Canyon look out
point. Back to the hotel for lunch included and then transfer to the train station. The train
leaves at 3:00 pm and arrives to Los Mochis. Train arrives at 9:00 pm and transfer to your
hotel. Lodging.
DAY 6
