Lista Internacional #3 de Oficiales de Natación de UANA
Requisitos:
1. Los nominados deben ser nacidos a partir del 1ro de enero de 1954 .
2. Hay dos (2) categorías- Largador y Arbitros de Natación
3. Toda persona puede solicitar ser considerado como árbitro de natación o largador, pero no ambas.
4. Los nombramientos serán oficiales desde el 1 de enero de 2016 y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2019.
5. El número máximo de candidatos para cada federación es de 3 árbitros de natación y 2 largadores. Los
miembros actuales del Comité Técnico de Natación UANA se incluirán además de la cuota máxima
permitida por cada federación.
6. Solicitudes: Todos los candidatos deben presentar un Formulario de Solicitud Individual. El formulario
de solicitud individual debe demostrar que el candidato ha trabajado como árbitro/juez y/o como largador
en al menos dos (2) campeonatos nacionales o como juez, arbitro o largador en por lo menos dos (2) de
las principales competencias internacionales o campeonatos continentales en los últimos 4 años
anteriores a la fecha de esta solicitud.

UANA Swimming Official’s List #3 Nomination Summary Form

Nominees must have been born on or after January 1,1954.
There are two (2) swimming officials’ categories - Referees and Starters.
An official can only apply as a Referee or Starter, not both.
The period of appointment is from January 1, 2016 - 31 December 31, 2019.
The maximum number of nominees for each federation is 3 Referees and 2 Starters. Present
members of the UANA Technical Swimming Committee will be included in addition to the maximum
quota allowed per federation.
6. Applications: All nominees must submit a completed Individual Application Form. The Individual
Application Form must show that the applicant has officiated as a referee and/or starter in at least two
(2) National Championships OR as a referee, judge, or starter in at least two (2) major International
Competitions or Continental Championships within the past 4 years preceding the dates of this
application.

We have the pleasure to inform you that the international UANA SWIMMING OFFICIALS LIST # 3 will
be established. Please note that UANA Swimming Officials List #3 will be valid from January 1, 2016 –
December 31, 2019.
Please be informed that this list will include Starters and Referees for Swimming.
For the UANA Swimming Officials List #3, each National Federation may nominate up to five (5)
Officials. Federations with current members of the UANA TSC will have those official’s automatically
added to that Federations normal quota.
Please find attached the NOMINATION SUMMARY FORM and the INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION FORM.

Estimados Señoras y Señores:
Tenemos el agrado de informarles que UANA establecerá la Lista Internacional #3 de Oficiales de
Natación. Tengan en cuenta que la lista será válida desde el 1ro de enero del 2016 hasta el 31 de
diciembre del 2019.
Les informamos que en esta lista se incluyen Largadores y Arbitros de Natación.
En esta lista #3 de Oficiales de Natación de UANA, cada Federación Nacional podrá proponer un
máximo de cinco (5) jueces. Las Federaciones con Oficiales miembros vigentes en el Comité
Técnico de Natación UANA serán añadidos automáticamente a la cuota normal de estas
Federaciones.
Se adjunta el FORMULARIO DE RESUMEN de los CANDIDATOS que decidan nominar al igual que
el FORMULARIO DE SOLICITUD INDIVIDUAL (El formulario está incluido solo en Inglés).
1. Por favor, completen los dos formularios ya sea a máquina o a mano en letras mayúsculas.
2. Los formularios deberán ser enviados directamente por correo electrónico al Secretario del
Comité Técnico de Natación, el Señor Jay Thomas a: [email protected] ( o por fax al 888782-4091 atención Sr. Jay Thomas), con fecha limite al 15 de diciembre de 2015. Las
