Es característica de los vinos blancos de
David una larga maceración, tras la
cual se realiza la fermentación y
crianza en barrica de roble francés
usada (de 2 o 3 año) durante 6 meses y
sobre sus propias lías.
Notas de cata: Un fantástico
equilibrio de Viura y Garnacha blanca,
que nos da un color Amarillo oro, con
gran viscosidad y fruta blanca en nariz,
con toques de guayaba.
En boca es un vino super fresco con
acidez equilibrada y una increíble
longitud gracias a la densidad de este
vino.

Characteristic of David’s white wines, it
undergoes a long maceration with the
skins. The fermentation takes place in
French oak barrels where the wine is
aged for 6 months on its lees. The age of
the barrels range from 2 to 3 years.
Tasting Notes: A fantastic blend of
Viura and Garnacha Blanca, the wine is
yellow gold in colour, with high
viscosity and white fruits on the nose
with hint of guava.
On the palate the wine is super fresh
with loads of acidity and incredible
length due to the density of the wine.
