FAQ’S - Frequently Asked Questions
 BEST PACKAGE: Get a package that will have enough prints to send to all of your family and friends, especially
Grandparents, Aunts/Uncles, and family that live in other cities, states and countries.
 SKIN SMOOTHING: Skin smoothing reduces (not removes) blemishes like acne and scars as well as smoothes the
skin; this does not include fly away hair, braces, scabs or severe scars. For special retouching needs, contact us prior to picture day.
 DIGITAL FILE: This digital image file you will own and be able to print at any store or on your home computer –forever!
E-mail, upload to Facebook, share on Twitter, you can do anything…you own it! You will be given instructions on how to download
your image file. HR stands for Hi-Resolution. LR stands for Low-Resolution and great for digital sharing and social media sites.
Credit Cards: Credit Card form available above or online at www.abcschoolportraits.com or write Name of CC Holder, CC Number, Expiration Date, Amount
of Payment & Phone # on a note with card holder’s signature, and place it in the envelope. Charge will be listed as ABC School Portraits.
Payment by check: Payment by check is your express authorization that it may be converted into a one-time Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) from
your account, and all returned checks or EFTs may be re-presented electronically along with a separate EFT or demand draft for the maximum

 PHOTO RELEASE: ABC may use your image(s) for publications and samples.
Please provide written notification by visiting our website at www.abcschoolportraits.com. Click on the CUSTOMER SERVICE link
and complete the form. This will notify us that you do not want your image used. We will confirm your request by e-mail. Being
photographed by ABC gives us the right to use your images for publication unless we receive written notification that you do not
want your image used.
 DELIVERY INFO: Your pictures will be delivered approximately 20 working days. All claims must be made within 30
days of Picture Day.
