Once made the bank transfer, national delegates are required to send the payment receipt
(“comprobante de pago”) by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]. The e-mail
should also indicate exactly the data to be included in the head of the invoice:

For invoices in the name of a University, Institute or Company, the following data must be
indicated:
Name of the University, Institute or Company
CUIT number
Postal address

For invoices in the name of a person, the following data must be indicated:
Name of the person
Document number or CUIT number or CUIL number
Postal address
IMPORTANT: INSTITUTION AND PERSON NAMES CANNOT BE SIMULTEANEOUSLY INCLUDED IN THE
HEAD OF THE INVOICE. HOWEVER, ADDITIONAL ANY INFORMATION REQUIRED CAN BE INCLUDED IN
THE DESCRIPTION SECTION BELOW.
