Letter from Donna Munro-Tobin to all residents.
Usually you would see minutes from the board meeting we had on March 10. I am sorry to
report that while I thought that having Juan Medina serve as Secretary and take the minutes since
he is bilingual he chose to resign from the board effective March 17. Confronted with his
resignation I will submit this letter as the minutes from the first board meeting. I also received a
letter of resignation from Dr. Ivarra before our first board meeting. Since that leaves only Alex
Becker, Ginger Brightwell, and me I have asked Ray Tash to fill in for Dr. Ivarra and Kathy
Keeton to fill in for Juan Medina as Secretary. We are at this moment adding some amendments
to the 1999 by-laws and will be calling for an extraordinary meeting Sunday April 26. I would
ask that all residents that will not be able to attend to please get their proxies either to myself of
drop them off to Martin. Nancy Brunwin casa 19 has volunteered to help collect proxies also. I
don't think I need to stress how important it will be to have all of your proxies if you cannot be
here to vote. We will be having minutes for all of the remaining board meetings. I will thank
you in advance for your support and hope to see as many residents at the April 26 meeting. I
have also attached a copy of our administrator’s monthly report. I hope you will all check Vista
Alegre website for more news since I have printed both reports at my own expense this time.
Since some of the residents are having trouble finding the website here is an easy way to get on

add it to your favorites.
