Before first-time use of this unit, you should carefully read these user instructions so that you can then
connect and operate your water heater accordingly. Please keep these user instructions so that you can
reference them later on;

Before plugging into the cigarette lighter socket, check the rating information on the product.
Clean the water container before first usage, but never immerse cord, plug or water heater in
water or any other liquid.
Boil 3 quantities of water first without actually using it.
In order to prevent dangers, place the machine on horizontal, flat and stabile surfaces only.
Do not plug-in the machine without water. To avoid damage to the product, never turn on the
empty appliance.
Fill with water according to the pre-set water level with minimum level at MIN and maximum
level at MAX.
Unplug the product after use.

Never immerse cord, plug or water heater in water or any other liquid.
Pull the plug from the socket and switch the water heater off:
o in case of a failure during operation,
o prior to cleaning and care,
o if the supply cable or the water heater is damaged,
o if the water heater has a functional fault.
Never pull the plug of the water heater out of the cigarette lighter by pulling the cable.
Do not allow the connection cable to hang down (danger of tripping) nor over sharp edges or
corners.
Do not place on hot gas or electric burner or in heated oven.
Do not use any other liquid than water.
Only operate the water heater under supervision and for its intended purpose.
The water heater can become very hot, keep the appliance and the cord away from children at
all times. The cover should be securely closed to avoid spillage of boiling water..
Do not operate when driving, to avoid cutting injuries and burns caused by sudden braking
or accidents.

Decalcify the water heater at regular intervals.
Do not disassemble the product. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. To avoid
considerable subsequent damage to the device, only let a qualified expert repair the water
heater.

FUNCTIONS
ON/OFF Switch: After filling with an appropriate amount of water and closing the lid properly, press the
“I” button, the indication lamp will be ON and the water will be heated until it boils. Press the “O” button
to stop heating at any time, the indication lamp will then be OFF.
Auto-OFF after boiling: The appliance will turn off automatically after boiling. The indicator lamp will turn
OFF. Wait at least 5 minutes before reheating (by pressing the “l” button).
Dry boil protection: When the product has been switched ON by mistake without water, the dry-boil
protection will be activated to provide a secondary protection.
Thermal fuse protection: In case BOTH the auto-off and the dry-boil safety protection malfunction, the
thermal fuse protection will cut off the electric supply automatically to provide a third protection.
CLEANING
• Prior to cleaning the water heater always remove the plug from the socket.
• Only clean the water heater itself with a damp cloth.
DECALCIFICATION
In order to extend the operating life of your device, you should ensure that the water heater is decalcified at
a regular basis. Signs for a necessary decalcification are a longer operating time or louder operating noise.
Only use biological agents for decalcification. Under no circumstances vinegar, salts or sulphuric acid
should be used for decalcification.
Let the device heat the decalcifying agent two to three times (check the manufacturer’s recommendations
for use and dosing). Afterwards heat clean water in the device two to three times.

U hebt gekozen voor de aankoop van een QUINTEZZ TRUCK WATER BOILER. Wij willen u hiervoor bedanken
en wensen u veel plezier bij het gebruik van dit kwaliteitsproduct.
Belangrijk:
Voordat u het apparaat in gebruik neemt, dient u de gebruiksaanwijzing uiterst zorgvuldig door te lezen en de
aansluiting /werking van uw waterkoker dienovereenkomstig uit te voeren. Bewaar deze gebruiksaanwijzing
zodat u er later altijd informatie uit kunt halen.
WAARSCHUWING!
Voor u de waterkoker voor het eerst gebruikt:

Controleer voor u het apparaat aansluit de informatie over het toelaatbare vermogen op het
product.
Maak het waterreservoir voor het eerste gebruik schoon maar zorg ervoor dat het snoer, de
stekker of waterkoker niet in water of een andere vloeistof worden gedompeld.
Kook driemaal water voor u de waterkoker echt gaat gebruiken.
Voorkom risico’s en plaats het apparaat op een horizontale, vlakke en stabiele ondergrond.
Voorkom schade aan het product en schakel hem niet zonder water in.
Vul het apparaat met water volgens het aangegeven minimumwaterniveau (MIN) en maximumwaterniveau (MAX).
Haal na gebruik de stekker uit de sigarettenaansluiting!
VEILIGHEIDINSTRUCTIES
•
Dompel het snoer, de stekker of waterkoker nooit in water of een andere vloeistof.
•
Trek de stekker uit de sigarettenaansluiting en zet de waterkoker uit wanneer:
o er tijdens het gebruik storingen optreden;
o het toestel gereinigd of onderhouden moet worden;
o de voedingskabel of het toestel beschadigd is;
o het toestel niet correct werkt.
•
Trek de stekker van de waterkoker nooit aan de kabel uit de aansluiting van de sigaretten-aansteker.
•
Laat de aansluitkabel nooit naar beneden hangen (struikelgevaar) en leg deze niet over
(scherpe) kanten en hoeken.
•
Plaats de waterkoker niet op een heet gasfornuis of elektrische kookplaat of in een verwarmde
oven.
•Gebruik geen andere vloeistof dan water.
• Gebruik de waterkoker enkel onder toezicht en enkel voor de werkzaamheden waarvoor het
bedoeld is.
•
Deze waterkoker kan erg heet worden; houd het apparaat en het snoer altijd buiten bereik van
kinderen. Zorg ervoor dat het deksel goed dicht zit om morsen van kokend water te voorkomen.
•
Bedien het toestel niet tijdens het rijden, om snij- en brandwonden ten gevolge van plots
remmen of ongevallen te vermijden.
•

Ontkalk het toestel op regelmatige basis.
Demonteer het apparaat niet. Probeer niet het apparaat zelf te repareren. Om gevolgschade te
voorkomen mogen enkel gespecialiseerde experts reparaties uitvoeren aan de waterkoker.

FUNCTIES
Aan/Uit schakelaar: vul het apparaat met de juiste hoeveelheid water en doe het deksel goed dicht. Druk
op knop “I”, het controlelampje gaat aan en het water wordt tot het kookpunt verwarmd. Druk op knop
“O” om het apparaat uit te schakelen, het controlelampje gaat nu ook uit.
Automatische uitschakeling als het water kookt: het apparaat schakelt automatisch uit als het water
kookt. Het controlelampje gaat uit. Wacht minstens 5 minuten voor u opnieuw water gaat verwarmen
(door op “I” te drukken).
Droogkookbeveiliging: als het apparaat per ongeluk zonder water wordt aangezet, functioneert de droogkookbeveiliging als extra beveiliging.
Thermische beveiliging: als de automatische uitschakeling en de droogkookbeveiliging het BEIDE niet
doen, zorgt de thermische beveiliging ervoor dat de aanvoer van elektriciteit wordt stopgezet als derde
bescherming.
REINIGING
• Trek altijd eerst de stekker uit de contactdoos voor u het toestel reinigt.
• Reinig de waterkoker zelf enkel met een vochtige doek.

ONTKALKEN
Om de levensduur van het toestel te verlengen, dient de waterkoker regelmatig te worden ontkalkt.
Tekenen die op de noodzaak van ontkalken duiden, zijn oa. langere kooktijden en luidere geluiden tijdens
het koken van het water. Gebruik uitsluitend biologische middelen voor ontkalking. Gebruik in geen geval
azijn-, zout- of zwavelzuur voor het ontkalken. Laat de waterkoker twee tot drie keer opwarmen met het
ontkalkmiddel (gebruiks- en doseerinstructies van de fabrikant naleven). Laat daarna het toestel twee tot
drie keer opwarmen met schoon water.

VERWIJDERING
Verwijder elektrische apparaten niet bij huishoudelijk afval, maak gebruik van de afvalverzamelpunten van
uw gemeente. Vraag uw gemeentebestuur naar de locaties van de afvalverzamelpunten. Als elektrische
apparaten ongecontroleerd verwijderd worden, kunnen er tijdens de verwering gevaarlijke stoffen in het
grondwater en daardoor in de voedselketen terechtkomen of kunnen flora en fauna jarenlang vergiftigd
worden. Indien u het apparaat door een nieuw vervangt, is de verkoper wettelijk verplicht, het oude
apparaat met het oog op de afvalverwerking minstens gratis in ontvangst te nemen.

Avis important:
Avant la première utilisation de cet appareil, veuillez lire attentivement ces instructions d’utilisation afin que
vous puissiez brancher et utiliser votre bouilloire correctement. Veuillez garder ces instructions d’utilisation
afin de pouvoir les consulter plus tard.
ATTENTION!
Avant la première utilisation :
•
Avant de brancher l’appareil sur la prise de courant, contrôler le voltage indiqué sur le produit.
•
Nettoyer le récipient a eau avant sa première utilisation mais ne jamais plonger entièrement le
cordon électrique, la fiche ou la bouilloire dans l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide.
•
Faire tout d’abord bouillir 3 quantités d’eau sans les utiliser ensuite.
•
Afin d’éviter tout danger‚ placer la machine uniquement sur des surfaces planes et horizontales.
•
Ne pas brancher la machine sans eau. Pour éviter tout endommagement du produit, ne jamais
allumer l’appareil alors qu’il est vide.
•
Remplir d’eau en respectant le niveau d’eau prédéfini‚ le niveau minimum étant indiqué par
MIN., le niveau maximum par MAX.
•
Débrancher le produit après usage.
INSTRUCTIONS DE SECURITE
•
Ne jamais plonger le cordon, la fiche ou la bouilloire dans de l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide.
•
Retirez la fiche de la prise et arrêtez l’appareil lorsque:
o des dérangements se produisent pendant l’utilisation,
o avant chaque nettoyage et entretien,
o le câble d’alimentation ou la bouilloire sont endommagés,
o l’appareil indique une erreur de fonctionnement.
•
Ne retirez jamais la fiche de l’appareil hors de la prise de l’allume-cigare en utilisant le câble.
•
Ne laissez pas pendre le câble de branchement (danger de trébuchement) et ne le placez pas
sur des rebords ou des coins.
•
Ne jamais placer l’appareil sur un gaz chaud ou une plaque électrique ou encore dans un four
chauffé.
•Ne jamais utiliser un autre liquide que de l’eau.
•
Utilisez la bouilloire toujours sous surveillance et uniquement d’après les indications
mentionnés ici.
•
Le dispositif peut devenir très chaud, toujours maintenir l’appareil et le cordon électrique hors
de portée des enfants. Le couvercle doit être bien ferme afin d’éviter tout déversement d’eau
bouillante.
•
N’utilisez pas la bouilloire pendant la conduite pour éviter les risques de blessures par coupure et d’échaudement de la peau lors d’un freinage brusque ou d’un accident.
•
Détartrez la bouilloire à intervalles réguliers.

des personnes qualifiées sont habilitées à effectuer des réparations sur l’appareil afin d’éviter
tout dommage consécutif.

FONCTIONS
Interrupteur Marche/Arrêt : Après avoir rempli la quantité d’eau appropriée et avoir bien fermé le couvercle, appuyer sur le bouton. Le témoin lumineux s’allumera et l’eau sera chauffée jusqu’à ce qu’elle bout.
Appuyer sur le bouton “O” pour arrêter à tout moment le chauffage, le témoin lumineux s’éteindra dans
ce cas.
Arrêt automatique après ébullition : L’appareil s’éteindra automatiquement après ébullition et le témoin
lumineux également. Attendre au minimum 5 minutes avant de faire à nouveau chauffer l’appareil (en
appuyant sur le bouton “l”)
Protection anti-ébullition à sec : Lorsque le produit est allumé sans eau par erreur, la fonction anti-ébullition à sec se met en marche et apporte une protection secondaire.
Protection par fusible thermique : Dans l’éventualité où la fonction d’arrêt automatique ET la fonction
anti-ébullition à sec présentent un dysfonctionnement, la protection par fusible thermique coupera automatiquement l’alimentation électrique pour constituer une troisième protection.
NETTOYAGE
•
Toujours retirez la fiche de la prise avant de nettoyer l’appareil.
•
Essuyez la bouilloire elle-même avec un chiffon humide.
DETARTRAGE
Afin d’augmenter la durée de vie de votre appareil, détartrez la bouilloire régulièrement. Les signes
indicateurs d’un détartrage nécessaire sont par exemple un long temps de passage ou des sons de
fonctionnement accrus. N’utilisez que des produits biologiques pour le détartrage. N’utilisez en aucun cas
de l’acide acétique, chlorhydrique ou sulfurique pour le détartrage. Faire bouillir deux ou trois fois de l’eau
additionnée de produit détartrant (suivre les instructions d’utilisation et de dosage du fabricant). Rincer
en faisant bouillir deux ou trois fois de l’eau claire.

Ihre Erfahrungen mit diesem Qualitätsprodukt angenehm sein.
Wichtiger Hinweis:
Vor der ersten Verwendung des Geräts, sollten Sie sorgfältig diese Gebrauchsanweisung lesen. Bitte bewahren Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung, so dass Sie sie es später konsultieren können.
ACHTUNG!
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch:
•
Überprüfen Sie die auf dem Gerät angegebene Stromspannung, bevor Sie den Stecker in die
Steckdose stecken.
•
Spülen Sie den Wasserbehälter vor der ersten Verwendung mit Wasser aus. Tauchen Sie dabei
niemals das Kabel, den Stecker oder den Wasserkocher in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
•
Kochen Sie erst 3 Mal Wasser, das Sie weggießen, bevor Sie den Wasserkocher richtig in
Gebrauch nehmen.
•
Verwenden Sie den Wasserkocher nur auf horizontalen, glatten Flächen, um Unfälle zu
verhindern.
•
Schalten Sie den Wasserkocher nicht ohne Wasser an, um Schäden am Gerät zu vermeiden.
•
Füllen Sie das Wasser bis zu den Markierungen ein. Die minimal notwendige Füllhöhe ist mit
MIN, die maximale Füllhöhe ist mit MAX gekennzeichnet.
•
Ziehen Sie den Stecker nach Gebrauch des Gerätes.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Tauchen Sie niemals das Kabel, den Stecker noch den Wasserkocher in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten.
•
Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose und schalten Sie die Wasserkocher aus wenn:
o es Störungen während des Betriebs gibt;
o vor jeder Reinigung;
o die Zuleitung oder die Wasserkocher beschädigt ist;
o die Wasserkocher Funktionsfehler aufweist.
• Ziehen Sie den Stecker der Wasserkocher nie an der Leitung aus der Buchse des Zigarettenanzünders.
•
Lassen Sie das Anschlusskabel nicht über scharfe Kanten oder Ecken hängen.
•
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf einen Gas- oder Elektroherd, noch in einen angeschalteten Ofen.
•
Nutzen Sie den Wasserkocher ausschließlich mit Wasser, nicht mit anderen Flüssigkeiten.
•
Betreiben Sie die Wasserkocher unter Aufsicht und nur zu hier beschriebenen Arbeiten.
• Der Wasserkocher kann sehr heiß werden. Verwenden Sie das Gerät daher außer Reichweite
von Kindern. Schließen Sie den Deckel des Wasserbehälters gut, sodass kein kochendes Wasser
herausspritzen kann.
•
Bedienen Sie die Wasserkocher nicht während der Fahrt, denn es besteht Gefahr von Schnittverletzungen und Verbrühungen der Haut durch scharfes Abbremsen oder Unfall.
•
Entkalken Sie die Wasserkocher regelmäßig.
•
Bauen Sie das Gerät nicht eigenständig auseinander. Reparieren Sie das Gerät nicht selbst.
Um erhebliche Folgeschäden zu vermeiden, darf eine Reparatur der Wasserkocher nur durch
Fachkräfte durchgeführt werden.

FUNKTIONEN
Ein/Aus-Schalter: Füllen Sie den Wasserkocher mit der gewünschten Wassermenge und schließen Sie den
Deckel sorgfältig. Betätigen Sie dann den Schalter. Die Kontrollleuchte leuchtet auf (ON) und das Wasser
wird zum Kochen gebracht. Betätigen Sie den Schalter um den Kochvorgang jederzeit auszuschalten, die
Kontrollleuchte erlischt dann (OFF).
Automatisches Abschalten nach dem Kochen: Das Gerät schaltet sich automatisch aus, wenn das Wasser
kocht. Die Kontrollleuchte erlischt dann ebenfalls. Warten Sie mindestens 5 Minuten, bevor Sie das Wasser erneut erhitzen (durch Betätigung des “I”-Schalters).
Trockengehschutz: Wird der Wasserkocher versehentlich ohne Wasser eingeschaltet, dann schützt die
Trockengehschutzvorrichtung vor Schäden.
Überhitzungsschutz: Sollten BEIDE Schutzfunktionen, die automatische Abschaltung und der Trockengeh-schutz, ausfallen, dann unterbricht der Überhitzungsschutz als dritte Schutzfunktion die Stromverbindung.

REINIGUNG
• Vor der Reinigung der Wasserkocher, ziehen Sie immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
• Die Wasserkocher selbst nur mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen.
ENTKALKEN
Um die Lebensdauer der Heizspirale zu verlängern, muss die Wasserkocher regelmäßig entkalkt
werden. Anzeichen für eine erforderliche Entkalkung sind ein längere Zubereitungszeit und verstärkte
Kochgeräusche. Ausschließlich biologische Mittel zur Entkalkung verwenden. Verwenden Sie auf keinen
Fall Essig-, Salz- oder Schwefelsäure zum Entkalken. Zwei- bis dreimal mit dem Entkalkungsmittel
(Anwendungs- und Dosierempfehlungen des Herstellers beachten) durchbrühen. Klares Wasser zwei- bis
dreimal durchbrühen.

ENTSORGUNG
Entsorgen Sie elektrische Geräte nicht im Hausmüll, nutzen Sie die Sammelstellen in Ihrer Gemeinde.
Fragen Sie Ihre Gemeindeverwaltung nach den Standorten der Sammelstellen. Wenn elektrische Geräte
unkontrolliert entsorgt werden, können während der Verwitterung gefährliche Stoffe ins Grundwasser
und damit in die Nahrungskette gelangen, oder Flora und Fauna auf Jahre vergiftet werden. Wenn Sie das

Se ha decidido por la compra de un QUINTEZZ TRUCK WATER BOILER. Se lo agradecemos mucho y le
deseamos horas felices con el uso de este producto de calidad.
Avisos importantes:
Antes de poner en servicio el aparato, debe leer detalladamente las instrucciones de uso y realizar la conexión de su hervidor de manera correspondiente. Por favor guarde estas instrucciones de uso en un lugar
seguro para poder echar mano a ellas posteriormente en cualquier momento.
PRECAUCION!
Antes del primer uso:
•Antes de conectarlo en la toma de corriente, compruebe la tensión nominal indicada en la
etiqueta del producto.
•
Limpie el agua del depósito antes del primer uso, pero nunca sumergiendo el cable de red ni el
enchufe en eI agua ni en ningún otro Iiquido.
•
Hierva 3 cantidades de agua Ia primera vez pero no Ia utilice realmente.
•
Para evitar dañios, ponga Ia máquina en una superficie horizontal solamente.
•
No conecte Ia máquina sin agua. Para evitar dañios al producto, nunca de Ia vuelta al aparato.
•
Rellene con agua según eI nivel de agua pre-establecido, siendo eI nivel mínimo eI indicado por
Ia marca “MIN” y el máximo el indicado por Ia marca “MAX”.
•
Desconecte el producto después de usarlo.
INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
•
Nunca sumerja eI cable ni eI enchufe, ni eI calentador de agua en agua ni en ningún otro
Iíquido.
•
Saque la clavija de enchufe del tomacorriente y ponga el hervidor fuera de funcionamiento
cuando:
o se produzcan fallos durante el funcionamiento
o esté dañada la línea de alimentación o el hervidor de agua
o el hervidor tenga un fallo de funcionamiento.
o antes de cada limpieza y cuidado.
•
No desconecte nunca el hervidor tirando del cable para sacar el enchufe del tomacorriente del
encendedor del vehículo.
•
Para evitar el peligro de tropezar con el cable de conexión no lo deje nunca colgando ni lo
ponga sobre esquinas.
•
No Io coloque sobre un calentador eléctrico ni en un horno caliente.
•
No Io utilice con otro Iiquido que no sea agua.
•
No deje el hervidor funcionando sin vigilancia y utilícela exclusivamente para las tareas
previstas.
•
Durante su uso, el producto debe mantenerse alejado de los niñios y guardarse de forma segura para evitar derrames de agua hirviendo.
•
No utilice el hervidor durante la marcha del vehículo: Existe peligro de lesiones por cortes o
escaldamientos de la piel en caso de que se produzcan accidentes o de que el conductor tenga
que frenar bruscamente.

Descalcifique el hervidor en intervalos regulares.
No desmonte eI producto. No intente reparar eI producto usted mismo. Para evitar
posibles daños de consideración, el hervidor siempre ha de ser reparada por un profesional
especializado.

FUNCIONES
Interruptor ON/OFF: después de rellenar con una cantidad adecuada de agua y cerrar Ia tapa correctamente, pulse eI botón “I” y el piloto de indicación de encendido se iluminará; se calentará el agua hasta
hervir. Pulse eI botón “0” y se detendrá eI calentamiento en cualquier momento; eI piloto de indicación
se apagara.
Auto-apagado despues de hervir: eI aparato se apagará automáticamente al menos 5 minutos antes de
recalentar (pulsando el botón “I”).
Protección contra hervido en frío: cuando eI producto se ha encendido sin agua por error‚ Ia función de
prevención de hervido sin agua proporciona una protección secundaria.
Protección mediante fusible térmico: en caso de que AMBOS‚ eI apagado automático y Ia prevención
contra hervido sin agua fallasen, eI dispositivo fusible térmico cortaría eI suministro eléctrico para proporcionar un tercer nivel de protección.
LIMPIEZA
•
No olvide nunca sacar el enchufe del hervidor del tomacorriente antes de empezar a limpiarla.
•
Limpie el hervidor sólo con un trapo húmedo.
DESCALCIFICACION
Para prolongar al máximo la vida útil del espiral de calefacción, descalcifique el hervidor regularmente. Las
señales típicas que indican que es necesario descalcificar el aparato son: el tiempo necesario para hervir
agua se ha alargado o el hervodir hace más ruido del normal.
Utilice exclusivamente productos filambientales para descalcificar el aparato. No utilice nunca ácido acético, ácido clorhídrico o ácido sulfúrico para descalcificar el aparato.
Realice dos o tres veces un procedimiento de cocción con el producto descalcificador (teniendo en cuenta
las recomendaciones de uso y dosificación) y después dos o tres veces sólo con agua fresca.

ELIMINACIÓN
No elimine los aparatos eléctricos en la basura doméstica; acuda antes bien a los puntos de recogida de
su comunidad. Pregunte a su ayuntamiento sobre los lugares en que se encuentren los emplazamientos
de colecta. Si los aparatos eléctricos se desechan incontroladamente, por causa de la corrosión pueden
acceder a las aguas subterráneas substancias peligrosas y, por ende, acceder ástas a la cadena alimenticia
o bien intoxicar la flora y la fauna durante años. Si substituye el aparato por otro nuevo, el vendedor está
legalmente obligado a aceptar el aparato viejo gratuitamente a fin de eliminarlo.
