Holiday Program
Inland Valley Hope Partners is now
accepting applications for participation in
our Adopt a Family Holiday
Program, a holiday gift giving program designed to help make the season joyous
without impacting the financial condition of families we know are struggling
just to make ends meet.
Spots are Limited! Applications will be accepted by appointment ONLY
Mondays August 15—September 26 (excluding Labor Day)
9:00 a.m.—12:30 p.m.

Please Bring with You to Your Appointment:
Photo I.D. for all Adults
Birth Certificates for all Minors (those under 18 years of age)
Proof of Income
Proof of Residency (LA and San Bernardino Counties only)
Program Eligibility:
Must reside in Hope Partners’ Service Area, meet HUD income eligibility guidelines and
be able to provide the documents listed above
Must have availability and transportation to pick up gifts for Christmas between the
dates of December 5 —8 or December 12—15, 2016
Participation is limited to only two times in a lifetime
and may not occur consecutively. Therefore, 2015
program participants are not eligible this year.

familias con limitaciones financieros.

Foto I.D. para todos los adultos

Prueba de ingresos
Prueba de residencia (Los Ángeles y San Bernardino solamente)
Programa de Elegibilidad:
Debe residir en área de servicio de Inland Valley Hope Partners, cumplir los requisitos
de ingresos de HUD y ser capaz de proporcionar los documentos mencionados
anteriormente
Debe tener disponibilidad y el transporte para recoger regalos para la Navidad entre el
fechas de Diciembre 5-8 o Diciembre 12-5, 2016
La participación está limitada a sólo dos veces en la
vida y no se puede producir de forma consecutiva.
Participantes del año 2015 no son elegibles este año.
