Attended Albany schools: 9-12; also attended school in Mexico. Activities: FFA 3 years; football 2-3; basketball 2; baseball 2-4. Favorite high school memory: My senior year of playing baseball. Future plans: I plan on working, then go to college after my wife does. I want to be in law enforcement. SERGIO MORENO, 18, son of Rebecca SERGIO MORENO and Agustin Moreno. Born Dec. 13, 1993 in Eastland, Texas. Attended Albany schools: K-12. Activities: FFA 1-3; band 1-2; football 3-4. Honors: Received Mr. AHS at prom. Favorite high school memory: The band trip to Washington, D.C. Future plans: Move to Levelland and go to South Plains College to major in radiology. Long range plans. To get my bachelor’s degree in radiology at Texas Tech. BLANCA ESTELA PEREZ, 18, daughter FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH Bea & Martin BLANCA PEREZ TANIA PEREZ of Laura Perez. Born July 30, 1993 in Del Rio, Texas. Attended Albany schools: 3-12. Activities: volleyball 1; National Honor Society 3-4. Honors: Junior Princess. Favorite high school memory: My sophomore year when our varsity boys went to state in football. My friends and I all went together and had so much fun. Afterwards we got to go to Dallas for 2 days and celebrate Shelbie’s birthday. Future plans: Attending Angelo State University to get a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Long range plans: Live in San Angelo and start my nursing career. Maybe be married and start a family. TANIA GUADALUPE PEREZ, 19, daughter of Sergio and Elena Perez. Born Oct. 20, 1992 in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Attended Albany schools: 10-12; also attended school in Woodson and Mexico. Activities: tennis 2 years; FCCLA 1 year. Favorite high school memory: When I met my boyfriend Francisco. Future plans: staying at home raising my son Adrian. Blanca Strength and dignity are her clothing and she smiles at the future.
