The Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists’ Association of Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties is proudly providing a Community Health Outreach Event: Sealant Saturday At York County School of Technology Who: Registered Dental Hygienists, Dentists, Extended Function Dental Assistants and Senior Dental Hygiene Students are working together to provide free oral exams, dental sealants, and fluoride varnish to children ages 6 to 16. Where: York County School of Technology 2179 South Queen Street York, PA 17402 When: February 22, 2014 from 9:00am to 1:00pm No appointment is necessary. Patients will be seen on a first come first serve basis. What are Sealants? Sealants are a thin resin material that is applied to the chewing surfaces of permanent molars to prevent cavities. Sealants are a simple and painless procedure that can protect teeth from decay for up to ten years.
