RANCH AT CYPRESS CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1
NOTICE OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that Ranch at Cypress Creek Municipal Utility District No. 1 (the
"District") will hold an election on May 10, 2014 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at
the locationsestablished by Williamson County as regular county precinct locations, located outside
the boundaries of the District, pursuant to an agreement under § 31.092 of the Texas Election Code,
for the purposeof electingtwo (2) directors who shall serve four (4) year terms.
There will appear on the ballots used in the election the names of the candidates for the
office of director who filed applications to have their names printed on the ballot at least seventyone (71) days prior to the election, and blank spaces for write-in candidates who file a
declaration of write-in candidacy at least seventy-one (71) days prior to the election.
The following named persons have been appointed officers of said election: Jason Bamett,
Williamson County Elections Administrator, Election Officer and Joint Early Voting Clerk; and
Stefanie Albright, Regular Early Voting Clerk.
Early voting in the election by personal appearance shall begin on April 28, 2014 and shall
continue through May 6, 2014. For Williamson County and Travis County residents the main early
voting location is located at Williamson County Inner Loop Annex, 301 SE Inner Loop,
Georgetown, Texas 78626 during the following hours: Monday, April 28, 2014 through Saturday,
May 3,2014 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (NO Sunday Voting); and Monday, May
5, 2014 and Tuesday, May 6, 2014 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Applications for
ballots to be voted by mail must be received no later than the close of business on May 1, 2014.
The regular early voting clerk's mailing address to which ballot applications and ballots to be voted
by mail may be sent is Ranch at Cypress Creek Municipal Utility District No. 1, c/o Stefanie
Albright, Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C., 816 Congress Avenue, Suite 1900, Austin,
Texas 78701. The Election Dav polling locations are attached as Exhibit A. Early voting polling
locations are attached as Exhibit B.
The election is being held pursuant to an order adopted by the Board of Directors of the
District.

El Aviso se da per este medic de la presente que el consejo de la administracion del
Distrito No. 1 de Servicios Publicos de Ranch at Cypress Creek (el "Distrito") efectuard una
eleccion el di'a 10 de mayo de 2014, entre las boras de 7:00 a.m. y 7:00 p.m., en los localidades de
votacion del recinto establecidas por el condado de Williamson para localidades de votacion del
recinto regular de elecciones, localizados fuera de los limites del Distrito, consiguiente con un
acuerdo bajo la Seccion 31.092 del Codigo de Eleccion de Texas, para el objetivo de la eleccion de
dos (2) directores quienes serviran terminos de cuatro (4) anos.
Alii parecera sobre las papeletas empleadas en la eleccion los nombres de los candidates
por la oficina de director quienes ban arcbivado aplicaciones para bacer imprimir sus nombres sobre
las papeletas al menos setenta y uno (71) di'as antes de la eleccion, y los espacios en bianco para los
candidates por escrito quienes ban arcbivado una declaracion de candidatura por escrito al menos
setenta y uno (71) di'as antes de la eleccion.
