Chers Amis,
C’est avec orgueil et émotion que j’écris ces quelques lignes, pour vous manifester à tous, la
reconnaissance de notre groupe, de notre société, ainsi que la mienne pour avoir au cours de tant
d’années, contribué à faire grandir un rêve industriel né il y a exactement 50 ans.
Durant toutes ces années, en recueillant et en élaborant les informations qui nous sont parvenues
du marché, nous avons réalisé des projets qui ont permis à la marque Caggiati de devenir célèbre
dans le monde et de représenter pour chacun d’entre nous un point de référence absolu.
La société s’est développée de façon concrète, équilibrée et innovante, aussi bien en termes
industriels que commerciaux, en affirmant son propre style, ce qui nous a permis d’être reconnus
comme société leader dans notre secteur.
Chacun de nous doit sûrement beaucoup à cette grande marque et, pour moi, travailler pour
la Caggiati et arriver, au bout de 30 ans de croissance professionnelle en son sein, à en être le
Président, est motif d’orgueil et de très grande satisfaction personnelle et professionnelle.
Cette société, à travers l’engagement quotidien, a permis de réaliser les rêves de beaucoup
d’entre nous.
Des rêves entrepreneuriaux et des rêves personnels... de très belles histoires de travail qui se sont
développés en parallèle avec notre croissance.
La force de notre groupe réside certainement dans la grande capacité d’écouter tous ceux qui
quotidiennement se trouvent à affronter les défis du marché, toujours plus difficile mais fascinant,
complexe et stimulant.
Notre force est celle d’être, ensemble, toujours et constamment, un point de référence pour tous
nos clients, un par un, personne par personne.
Notre capacité a toujours été celle de savoir voir loin, de savoir développer des politiques
commerciales qui aient toujours en leur centre la satisfaction absolue de nos clients.
Durant ces dernières années, beaucoup de choses ont changé et le marché nous propose
toujours de nouveaux défis que nous, tous ensemble, avons décidé d’affronter selon notre style.
Il était nécessaire de commencer un parcours de modernisation de la société, de réexamen de
la communication stratégique et de l’image, une rationalisation de l’assortiment des produits.
Un grand investissement était nécessaire pour effectuer un changement significatif en vue du futur
et du travail des prochaines générations.
Comme centre de tout ce parcours, comme signal de force et de confiance, volonté et
détermination, positivité et caractère concret, comme stimulation pour tout notre marché, pour
nos clients et pour tous nos collaborateurs, nous avons voulu réaliser un investissement qui a
toujours été fondamental dans notre parcours de croissance au cours des années: la publication

nuestro grupo, de nuestra empresa y el mío personal, por haber contribuido, a lo largo de tantos
años, al crecimiento de un sueño industrial nacido hace exactamente 50 años.
En todos estos años, recogiendo y elaborando las informaciones que nos llegaban del mercado,
hemos realizado proyectos que han permitido a la marca Caggiati conquistarse una fama en todo
el mundo y representar, para cada uno de nosotros, un punto de referencia absoluto.
La empresa se ha desarrollado de manera concreta, equilibrada e innovadora, tanto en términos
industriales como comerciales, consolidando un estilo propio, que nos ha llevado a ser
considerados una empresa líder en nuestro sector.
Sin duda todos nosotros debemos mucho a esta gran marca y, para mi, trabajar para Caggiati
y llegar a ser, después de más de 30 años de crecimiento profesional dentro de la misma, su
Presidente, es motivo de orgullo y de grandísima satisfacción personal y profesional.
Esta empresa, a través del trabajo cotidiano, ha permitido hacer realidad los sueños de muchos
de nosotros. Sueños empresariales y sueños personales... bellísimas historias de trabajo que han

I am writing these lines with feeling and with pride, to voice the grateful thanks of our group,
company and my personal thanks for having, over many years, contributed to the growth of this
dream of an industry, which began exactly 50 years ago.
In all these years, collecting and processing the information we received from the market, we were
able to create projects that have allowed the Caggiati brand to become famous throughout the
world and be a point of reference for each one of us.
The company has developed strongly, in a well balanced and innovative way, both in terms of
industry and business, establishing its own style, that has led us to be acknowledged as a leading
company in our sector.
Each one of us owes a lot to this great brand, and for me, working for Caggiati and after 30
years of professional growth within the company, to be its CEO, is a source of great pride and
personal satisfaction.
This company, through a daily commitment, has permitted a lot of us to achieve our dreams.
Entrepreneurial and personal dreams... wonderful stories of business that have developed
alongside our growth.
The strength of our group certainly lies in the great ability to listen to all those who, every day, have
to deal with the challenges of an increasingly difficult market, but one that is fascinating, complex
and stimulating nonetheless.

dessen Reihen der Präsident zu sein, ein Grund stolz zu sein und zugleich eine außerordentliche
persönliche und berufliche Befriedigung.
Durch den alltäglichen Einsatz hat diese Firma vielen von uns erlaubt, eigene Träume zu
verwirklichen. Träume auf der unternehmerischen und persönlichen Ebene... underschöne
Geschichten der Arbeitswelt haben sich parallel zu unserem Wachstum hin entwickelt.
Die besondere Stärke unserer Gruppe kann man sicher in der außerordentlichen Fähigkeit finden

Investition machen, welche seit jeher grundlegend für unser Wachstum im Laufe der Jahre war:
