NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS ON
PROPOSED INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT POLICY
The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso (HACEP) is requesting public comments on the proposed Integrated
Pest Management Policy. The purpose of the Policy is to establish HACEP’s approach to managing pests in HACEP
properties by the most economical means, and with the least possible hazard to people, property, and the
environment. A complete copy of the Policy is available for review upon request at each Property Management
Office. Interested parties are invited to submit written comments to:

The 30 days public comment period begins September 22, 2015 and continues through 5:00 p.m. on October 21,
2015. HACEP will respond to all comments submitted. Comments and responses will retained and made available
for inspection by residents and interested parties upon request.

PROPUESTA POLÍTICA DE MANEJO INTEGRADO DE PLAGAS
La autoridad de vivienda de la ciudad del Paso (HACEP por sus siglas en español) está solicitando comentarios
públicos sobre la propuesta política de manejo de plagas integrada. El propósito de la política es establecer el
enfoque de HACEP a el manejo de plagas en las propiedades de HACEP por el medio más económico y con el
peligro lo menos posible a las personas, la propiedad y el medio ambiente. Una copia completa de la política está
disponible para revisión a petición en cada oficina de gestión de la propiedad. Las partes interesadas están invitadas
a enviar comentarios por escrito a:
