Kerygma Awards 2013-2014: IV Edition
Showing Foundation
1.- Showing Christianism associattion, with the Villanueva University Center, announces
the fourth edition of the International Short Film and spots Kerygma Awards. This year the
theme chosen as the centerpiece of audiovisual stories is THE PEACE, with the idea of “There
is Peace”.
It seems that the peace is something impossible, an abstract wordfar from real life, and
more in these days. But there is something that is more real thanthese theories,
because when we respect the others around us every day, smile more it costs us, love
our friends, family, colleagues or needed people, in these moments it is possible to
bring peace to the world. Starting each one. Through cinema and audiovisual language
can reach the interior of many people and bring the seed of peace to bear fruit in his life.

2.- You can join all those young people whose ages are between 17 and 25 years old (age on
date March 17, 2014).
3.- There will be two possible formats to present the work.

the short form for a maximum of 5' (minutes).
4.- WorkLos trabajos podrán presentarse en cualquier formato siempre y cuando tengan una
resolución mínima de 640x480, aunque se recomienda la siguiente configuración:wORKwORKs
may be submitted with this configuration: (.mov or .mp4). Once you have converted your video
to the right format you will have to include your work in a data DVD and send it to the address of
the competition.

5.- Se establece un plazo de pre-inscripción voluntario, que facilitará la comunicación
entre la organización y los participantes con fecha límite 10 OCTUBRE 2010.4.- Each
contestant may present one spot and/or one short film.
5.- Entries can be submitted in any language, but always in English subtitles. If the original
language is English, should also be subtitled in Spanish. Must be delivered two versions: one
with subtitles and one without captioning.
6.- It sets out the following registration deadlines:
Since 16 of september 2013 until March 17th, 2014 in the web: www.kerygmaawards.com
After completing the registration Kerygma team will contact with you to report the payment of 20
€ of inscription and shipping identification documentation.
To make the payment of registration, will have to enter the 20€ in the following account number:
2100 1898 94 02 00208731, with Showing Foundation as owner, and name of the speaker as a
concept. Proof of payment may be sent attached to email comunicació[email protected]
or by sending mail to the same address listed in paragraph 8.2.
7.- The film works may be submitted until March 17th, 2014. If sent by mail, you accept those
who are sealed until the day March 17th, 2014 at the latest.
8.- Once you have done the inscription and the economic transfer, the work must be submitted
with the following documents by two possibles ways:
1.) Trough Dropbox, shering the link with the spot and/or short film with us:
[email protected] and attach in the same mail a scanned passport or
passports of all group members with the Proof of bank transfer the registration of the work (the
data is provided on the website)
2.) By postal service in an envelope (preferably padded):
- Photocopy of passport or passports of all group members.
- DVD (with spot and / or short film).
- Proof of bank transfer the registration of the work (the data is provided on the website)

Jury and prizes
9.- Will not be accepted film awards in other concourses.
10.- There will be three prizes and five second prizes. Both will be awarded as a single contest
(which are awarded spots and short films).
11.- The jury, comprised of leading figures in cinema, culture, publicity and TV, will deliberate,
without appeal, on March about his decision and notify winners. The decision will be announced
at the Awards Gala, which will take place on April, 2014, in Madrid (Spain).
12.- The economic transfer of the award is made to the person designated as a spokesperson.
1st Prize: 5,000 $
2nd Prize: 1,000 $
3rd Prize: 500 $

(In accordance with the law of income tax of individuals, the prizes for participation in games,
competitions, raffles or combinations are subject to payment on account if prize value exceeds $ 300.
Accordingly, the prize awarded in this contest is subject to the relevant tax obligations relevant to them).
13.- The jury can declare a prize as wilderness.
Communication and data protection
Once the materials were received, these will not be returned and become property of the Showing
Foundation, what shall be the unique and exclusive owner of copyright that could build the project. This
assignment includes all rights of reproduction, processing, distribution and publication of the recording or
images, without limitation of time and territory.
Participation in this contest implies the acceptance of the rules, which may be consulted at all times on the
Website.
The data provided by candidates will be included in the filing of Kerygma Awards contest. These data can
be transferred to other companies to comply with the requirements for promotion and their treatment. You
may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a written request
stating the reference “copyright” accompanied by a photocopy of your passport directed to Kerygma
Awards, C / Costa Brava 2, 28034 Madrid (Spain).
