Application on-line and information for exchange students:

Autumn semester/full academic year:
May 3 – June 14, 2011
Spring semester:
November 15, 2011 – January 17, 2012 Before filling out the on-line application form students have to
complete the registration step.
Please, enter your personal details, date and place of birth as they
are written on your passports/ID card.
Nome= First name and Middle names (if they are written on their
documents of identity)
Cognome= Surname/Given name
Enter your passport number if Non-EU citizen; passport or ID card
number if EU citizen Change the password within 5 days after their first log in.
Send the following documents by express delivery courier to
studesk3:
- printed online application form
- printed learning agreement form signed by you and the school's
academic coordinators - confirmation of the student's nomination as an exchange student
(letter or e-mail)
- certificate of enrolment and transcript of records
- copy of passport or ID card if EU citizen
- a passport-size photograph glued on the printed form

Academic calendar: 2011/2012 academic calendar will be published

ends in the first week of March (the Autumn examination session is
included: it lasts from the 3rd week of January to the 1st week of March
approximately).
The spring semester usually starts in the 1st/2nd week of March and lasts
until the end of July (the Spring examination session is included: it lasts
from the 3rd week of June to the end of July approximately).
