Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Free one-on-one assistance with filling out your college financial aid forms:
FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid, www.fafsa.ed.gov)
TASFA (Texas Application for State Financial Aid, www.collegefortexans.com)
Scholarship applications by request
• Open to all high school seniors, college students, and parents/guardians
• Meet with financial aid experts from area colleges/universities and
business-community volunteers
• Spanish-speaking assistance available
• Appointments preferred ~ Walk-ins welcome

a Student and Parents’/Guardians’ Social Security Number
a Student and Parents’/Guardians’ W-2 Forms and other records of money
earned in 2008
a Student and Parents’/Guardians’ 2008 Federal Income Tax Return
a Student and Parents’/Guardians’ 2008 untaxed income records
(Example: public assistance benefits)
a Student and Parents’/Guardians’ 2008 bank statements
a Student and Parents’/Guardians’ 2008 business and investment mortgage info and
other investment records
The earlier you apply, the better! Submitting your application
before March 31 may increase your financial aid opportunities.
