En un enclave excepcionalmente hermoso de la Costa Blanca se haya situado el complejo

In an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Costa Blanca (southeast of Spain) we

El conjunto residencial Sun&Sea La Zenia se
ubica en el término municipal de Orihuela
(Alicante), a unos minutos de las mejores
playas del sudeste alicantino: Dehesa de

The Sun&Sea La Zenia residential complex
is situated in the municipal district of
Orihuela (Alicante), 10 minutes from the
best beaches of the southeast of Alicante:
Dehesa de Campoamor’s, Cabo Roig’s, La
Zenias’s, Torreviejas’s, etcetera.
La Zenia is just 20 kilometres from Murcia’s
international airport (San Javier) and 60
kilometres from Alicante’s, they both with
continuous flights to the main cities of Spain

By road, the Mediterranean Highway
(AP-7) has an exit less than one kilometre

also an access to the N-332 (a national road)
nearby. The high-speed train, with stops at
