2011 Adult Confirmation Program Offered
at the Cathedral: The Cathedral Pastoral Staff
will offer a six week Adult Preparation course during
the 2011 Lenten Season for adults who are baptized
and have received their first communion and, for

of Confirmation, the classes begin Monday, March 7
and will go every Monday until Monday, April 11

Juvenile Justice Week of Faith and Healing
March 7-13, 2011
Healing Justice Coalition annually unites congregations of all faiths, universities and schools to raise
awareness of individual, community, and social needs
arising from the current juvenile justice system. The
events through the week will initiate a dialogue between offenders, victims, and the community regarding the causes of crime and will suggest structures
needed to prevent youth from becoming engaged in
the cycle of violence. Participate in Juvenile Justice
Week of Faith and Healing with your prayers, service, and/or action at your place of worship, school or

BAUTISMOS EN EL SANTO ROSARIO
¡ADVERTENCIA!
No todas las iglesias que usan el término
“Católica” en su título están en comunión con
el Santo Padre ó bajo la jurisdicción del obispo
local Católico Romano. Por ejemplo, la “Iglesia de la Sagrada Familia” en la Calle Arminta, y la “Iglesia San Judas Tadeo” al número 11855 Hart St., North Hollywood,
ubicadas dentro de los límites de la parroquia, están incluidas en esta categoría y no son Iglesias Católicas Romanas.
Sus sacramentos no son considerados válidos por nuestra
Iglesia Católica Romana.
Los padres de los niños deben pasar a la Oficina Parroquial por lo menos un mes antes de la fecha del bautismo
para anotar a su hijo/a para bautizar. Los padrinos deben
ser mayores de edad y tener el Sacramento de la Confirmación, si son pareja deben estar casados por la Iglesia
Católica Romana y traer comprobante. Los niños para ser
bautizados en el proceso regular debe ser antes de que
cumplan los seis años de edad ya pasada esta edad serán
enviados al proceso de RICA. Traigan acta de nacimiento
del niño/a y la cuota de inscripción de $ 30.00.

LOS ESTACIONAMIENTOS de la parroquia están a
su disposición los fines de semana para cuando venga a
Misa. En particular, los sábados el estacionamiento principal queda cerrado hasta las 3:30 pm para la seguridad de
los niños que vienen al catecismo. Sin embargo tenemos el
otro estacionamiento de pasto al otro lado de Vineland en
frente de la iglesia, que usted puede usar cuando venga para
bodas y quinceañeras. También los domingos éste queda
abierto para su comodidad. Favor de no bloquear los otros
carros que ya están en su espacio, tome en cuenta que
cuando termina la misa las personas tienen que esperar
por usted para ellos poder salir y no todos tiene el tiempo
para esperar. Por eso tenemos a su disponibilidad el otro
estacionamiento de enfrente. Gracias por su colaboración
y compresión.
