HORQUILLA SXS OFICIAL
Las nuevas horquillas de Motocross SXS con sistema de cartucho cerrado son el resultado
del trabajo desarrollado por pilotos profesionales, ingenieros de competición y departamento
de desarrollo de WP. La horquilla SXS posee ajustes de compresión y extensión multiregulables
desde el exterior. Todas las piezas tienen un acabado de alta calidad, lo cual garantiza una
mínima fricción entre los elementos y una perfecta lubrificación. Muelles pulidos, barras
tratadas y pulidas, piezas externas mecanizadas y anodizadas en duro. La horquilla SXS
es fácilmente desmontable para realizar una óptima manutención. Es posible ajustar los
ajustes internos a gusto del piloto. Trabaja mejor combinada con el amortiguador SXS.
SXS FACTORY FORK
The SXS motocross closed cartridge front fork is a result of the teamwork from championship riders,
race engineers and the WP development department. The SXS front fork has multi-adjustable rebound
and compression damping from the outside.
All parts have a high finish to eliminate friction and to guarantee optimum lubrication.
– Polished springs.
– Inner tubes are coated and polished.
– Polished and coated aluminium piston rod.
– Hard anodised CNC machined parts.
The SXS front fork is fully dismountable and internally serviceable. It is possible to modify internal
settings to create individual preferred damping performance. Works best in combination with the
SXS factory shock.

Este amortiguador es una copia del amortiguador que utilizan las KTM oficiales en

SXS PDS FACTORY SHOCK
This absolute high-end shock absorber is a direct copy of the shock absorber
as fitted in the KTM factory bikes competing in the offroad world-championships.
This suspension unit contains all external adjusting options:
– Separate adjustable high and low speed compression damping.
– Rebound damping adjuster.
– Infinitely adjustable spring preload.
The SXS shock absorber is assembled from quality parts with a high finish
like a titan-nitride coated piston rod, and hard anodised 7075 alu parts.
This product is completely dismountable, serviceable and offers the
possiblity to fine tune internal settings to conform to personal wishes.
Works best in combination with the SXS frontfork.

El kit de suspensiones contiene componentes de bajo y garantiza un funcionamiento

realizar la adaptación a tus componentes SXS se sigue utilizando el muelle original. De esta
forma, y gracias a la lista de reglajes que te suministramos, podrás aplicar tus preferencias
y requisitos de la forma más sencilla. El kit contiene botellas y barras, mientras que el
cartucho y los muelles se reutilizan de la horquilla original. Sólo puede utilizarse para
horquillas de cartucho cerrado.

The new way to your perfect chassis, individual and well-priced. The suspension kit includes
friction optimised parts which guarantee a perfect function due to optimising the tolerances.
Buying this kit you not only get the parts for your fork but also the special adjusting mechanism
for the rear shock which is used by our factory riders. This ensures the complete chassis
combination of fork and rear shock works perfectly. By rebuilding the fork with your SXS parts
the original spring remains in the fork. This in combination with the included setting list allows
you to find the perfect adjustment very quickly and easily according to your personal wishes.
Kit includes outer tube and tube for the fork. Cartridge and spring are used from standard
fork. Fits only closed cartridge forks.

Stabiliser with three fully adjustable circuits. Has an adjustable damping
control that allows 25 adjustment clicks while riding. Allows you to adjust
the amount of degrees of damping you want from centerline. Has a
“High Speed Circuit” designed to absorb those sharp edged jolts.
Successfully works for every type of offroad application. It
is the only stabiliser that’s been around for 15 years and
has won every major offroad race. Used from the
KTM RALLY-FACTORY-TEAM.

Pletina mecanizada CNC, con avance ajustable 19 / 22 mm. Para cambiar el avance no es necesario cambiar ni
horquilla ni rueda delantera. Incluye eje y cojinete inferior. En el modelo 450 SX-F 2010 solo podrás utilizar la
posición de 22 mm, sino puede ser peligroso debido a que en momentos de gran compresión de la horquilla,
la rueda delantera puede llegar a contactar con el colector.
FACTORY TRIPLE CLAMP
CNC machined, easily adjustable offset 19 or 22 mm. The fork or front wheel does not need to be removed for the
offset to be changed. Set includes pivot tube and lower bearing. When mounted on an SX-F 450 2010 only the
22 mm offset position must be used. Otherwise there is a danger that the front wheel can make contact with
the header pipe when the forks are fully compressed.

KTM is known for the high performance level of the 250 SX-F engine. One more highlight
for KTM was the 2010 GP season. Apart from the KTM factory pilot Marvin Musquin many
other riders were able to finish top 10 or even jump on the podium using KTM SXS bikes.
For 2012 the level of the bikes can even be raised with availability of the KTM Factory-SXS-Kit.

Este embrague anti rebotes es obligatorio para los pilotos
ambiciosos. Todos conocen a la perfección el problema del
rebote de la rueda trasera en frenadas bruscas. Los pilotos
con más experiencia, compensan un poco este problema
pellizcando sutilmente el embrague, y eliminando de esta
manera la transmisión de potencia a la rueda trasera. Los
ingenieros de KTM han desarrollado un embrague antirebotes como solución a este problema. El APTC es una
patente mundial consistente en un cubo dividido en 2 partes
que están conectados mediante las ranuras en forma de
hélice. Este complejo mecanismo actúa mediante unas
rampas inclinadas que amplifican la potencia. Este sistema
genera una presión adicional sobre los discos de embrague
a la vez que permiten que patine cuando se detecta un
exceso de revoluciones en el motor. La rueda trasera permanece
entonces al máximo en contacto con el asfalto, sin que
el piloto tenga que concentrarse en el uso correcto del
embrague. Este diseño, a diferencia del resto de embragues
que hay en el mercado, hace que sea mucho más fácil
apretar el embrague (~ 50 % menos de presión, es necesaria)
además elimina las vibraciones en la maneta, ayudando al
piloto a no tener problemas en los antebrazos.
Un piloto de SM podría apreciar un mejor control en la frenada,
sin que la rueda trasera rebotára, mientras él frena. La tramsmisióm más suave que te da el embrague anti-rebotes permite
al piloto abrir gas antes de tiempo. La ausencia de cualquier
vibración en la maneta de embrague, permite al piloto, a
diferencia del resto de embragues anti rebotes del mercado,
engranar la marcha en la parte Off Road del circuito, para
un mejor control de la moto.
El piloto de Enduro puede apreciar un mejor control de la
frenada, menos vibraciones y bloqueos en la maneta de
embrague. Lo que se traduce en un mejor control del embrague
y una mejor percepción de los impactos que sufre la rueda
trasera antes de entrar en la curva. Otro factor importante en
carreras de larga duración es la poca carga/presión que tiene
la maneta. Él también notará las excelentes virtudes del
embrague anti rebotes en condiciones extremas.
Un piloto de Motocross notará un mejor control de frenada,
y especialmente, una mejor transmisión al circuito: Este
control de tracción permite al piloto abrir gas antes de lo

Antihopping clutch
This anti-hopping clutch is a must for any ambitious rider.
Everyone knows about rear wheel hopping: heavy braking in a
curve can lead to unnerving shuddering at the rear wheel.
Experienced riders overcome this problem on hard terrain with a
gentle pull on the clutch lever, thereby reducing the transmission
of this force to the rear wheel.
Resourceful engineers have now come up with the solution: the
anti-hopping clutch.
The APTC is a worldwide patented slipper clutch that features a
unique hub consisting in two parts connected by an helix profile.
This complex mechanism using angled layers for additional friction was developed to prevent clutch-slippage: under engine-load
this system generates additional pressure on the clutch plates,
but when over-running the clutch is able to slip.
The power torque feature of the APTC guarantees riders maximum rear-wheel grip during acceleration and anti-hopping during
downshifting. By maximizing rider control, the APTC allows for
greater speeds going into and coming out of turns.This design,
unlike all other slipper clutches on the market, makes it also
much easier to pull the clutch lever (~50 % less pressure is
required) and eliminates clutch lever vibration, helping the rider
saving a lot of energy and sparing himself the discomfort of a
cramvped forearm.
A Supermoto rider could appreciate a better control while braking, without any rear wheel hop even during heavy braking and
hard downshifting. The smoother engine output on the ground
brought by the power torque characteristic of the APTC allows
the rider to open the throttle earlier, for a far more rapid ascent
to top speed. The absence of any clutch lever vibration allows
the rider, unlike all other slipper clutches on the market, to
pull the clutch in the offroad section of the track, for a better
control of the bike.
An Enduro rider can in addition appreciate a better control while
braking, less vibration and sticking in the clutch lever, which
translates to better clutch control, and a lighter perception
of the impacts on the rear wheel when hitting rugged terrain
before a curve. The light clutch lever load is also a vital antifatigue factor in extra long races.He will also note the difference coming from a more constant and stable performance of
the clutch under extreme use.
A Motocross rider on the other side will discover a better control
while braking, and, especially, a smoother engine output on the
ground: this form of traction control allows the rider to open the
throttle earlier, for a far more rapid ascent to top speed. The
light clutch lever load brings much less fatigue and arm pump,
helping the rider to perform more laps without going over the
limits, consequently committing less driving errors.

Las ventajas del embrague automático Rekluse en pocas palabras: mejor tracción, conducción más relajada y con mayor control también en
recorridos largos sobre terrenos difíciles, menos sensación de agarrotamiento en los brazos, sin calar el motor. La tracción se controla de forma
perfecta y suave simplemente con el puño de gas, sin necesidad de malgastar tiempo mental embragando y desembragando, para poder centrarse
plenamente en los tramos que hay que abordar. Gracias a la apertura del embrague centrífugo al bajar las revoluciones, el motor ya no se cala;
además se aumenta considerablemente la tracción. ¡La moto se sigue agarrando en todo momento, así que incluso las rampas resbaladizas y
con pendientes tremendas se convierten en un juego de niños! Además, permite situar una maneta de freno (78013900000) para el freno
trasero en el manillar para manejarlo con la mano izquierda: más control en los descensos de gran pendiente. Este embrague ha sido probado

The advantages of the Rekluse automatic clutch in short: increased traction, relaxed and controlled riding also on longer trips under difficult conditions,
less “armpump”, no more “killing” the engine is possible. Perfect control of the traction by the throttle. Without wasting a thought on the clutch you
can fully concentrate on the track. Due to the soft opening of the centrifugal clutch in lower revs, you can not kill the engine and additionally the
traction increases dramatically. The bike digs in and in, with that help even extremely steep ramps becomes to child’s play! Optionally you can mount the
handlever 780.13.900.000 for the rear brake, that brings additional control on difficult downhills. We gave the clutch also some very experienced
off-road pilots for testing, with the result that no-one wants to miss it in the future!

That was when the word “tough” took on a completely new meaning when referring to offroad exhausts.
Its specific construction is designed with clear vision of bringing together extreme durability as well as
optimising power and torque performance, while respecting current strict noise and emissions regulations.
We used our high-end top quality materials and components that are the trademarks of “Akrapovic quality”.
We also modified the inner perforation tube and kept our standard stainless steel mesh and net sandwich.
We have, specifically for this purpose, designed an interior, removable noise insert/spark arrester and managed
to significantly improve torque at bottom and midrange rpm as well as smoothed out the power curve. All these
modifications results in better engine performance, throttle response, power delivery and improved traction.

KTM dual compound grips combine the durability of KTM Firm Compound Grips with the
feel and absorption qualities of the KTM range of softer compound grips. Harder orange
compound is used for the flange, inner sleeve and outer end of the grip for maximum
durability, whereas softer black compounds are used for the outer diameter of the grip,
which is in direct contact with the palm, fingers and thumb.

aportan una gran sujeción con los muslos en las curvas. En los tramos en pie, la

time-saving advantage over long distances. This elegantly designed tank blends

of freedom of movement while the large side flanks offer additional support

Si no te dicen 7075-T6, probablemente no lo sea. Estas coronas tienen una mayor duración
que las otras. Esta corona es 0,002 mm mayor que la cadena. Tu cadena irá recta y plana sin
vibraciones. La vibración de la cadena afecta al correr de la rueda y reduce la fuerza que el motor
transmite al suelo. Con esta corona funcionará perfectamente. Estas coronas tienen unas ranuras
entre los dientes ara expulsar la suciedad entre la cadena y la corona, impidiendo un desgaste

on the brake caliper, to this new bleeder screw with holding valve included. You
just have to open the screw of the non-return valve a half turn and pump the
brake fluid with the brake lever through the brake system. The holding valve
avoids the air coming back into the system. You don’t need to have a second
person to pump or open and close the bleeder screw. Changing the brake fluid
or bleeding the system is done in seconds. Comes with anodised mud cap.

Este embrague anti rebotes es imprescindible para
cualquier piloto con aspiraciones. El embrague APTC
es un sistema patentado que consta de una campana
formada por 2 piezas conectadas en forma de hélice.
Este complejo mecanismo se sirve de unas capas en
forma de ángulo ha sido desarrollado para prevenir que
el embrague patine: bajo carga el sistema genera una
presión adicional en los discos de embrague, pero cuando
se produce un sobre régimen permite que estos patinen.
El control de par del APTC garantiza al piloto una tracción
máxima de la rueda trasera durante la aceleración y un
control anti-rebotes en las reducciones. Todo ello permite
al piloto afrontar una mayor velocidad en las entradas y
salidas de las curvas. Este diseño, a diferencia de otros
similares en el mercado, permite un tacto mucho más
suave en la maneta (alrededor de un 50 % de presión
en la misma) y elimina las vibraciones en la misma,
ayudando al piloto a ahorrar energías y protegiéndole
de la sobrecarga del antebrazo.
ANTIHOPPING CLUTCH
This anti-hopping clutch is a must for any ambitious rider.
The APTC is a worldwide patented slipper clutch that
features a unique hub consisting in two parts connected
by an helix profile. This complex mechanism using angled
layers for additional friction was developed to prevent
clutch-slippage: under engine-load this system generates
additional pressure on the clutch plates, but when
over-running the clutch is able to slip. The power torque
feature of the APTC guarantees riders maximum rearwheel grip during acceleration and anti-hopping during
downshifting. By maximizing rider control, the APTC
allows for greater speeds going into and coming out of
turns. This design, unlike all other slipper clutches on the
market, makes it also much easier to pull the clutch lever
(~ 50 % less pressure is required) and eliminates clutch
lever vibration, helping the rider saving a lot of energy and
sparing himself the discomfort of a cramped forearm.
