To the BioMed Central Editorial Production Team,
We are submitting a revised version of the manuscript MS 1681405958207423,
entitled “Co-regulation analysis of closely linked genes identifies a highly recurrent
gain on chromosome 17q25.3 in prostate cancer”, of which the first author is Raquel
Bermudo.
We have noticed some formatting errors in Table 1. Firstly, the text of the
second column appeared disrupted, which we have already corrected. And secondly,
there are also some ticks signalling the original excel cells in the generated pdf file you
sent us, which do not appear in our original document and therefore we have not been
able to eliminate.
We have checked the rest of the pdf file and feel everything else is correct.
