Beachten Sie zusätzlich die mitgelieferte Gebrauchsanweisung
"KLS-Martin-Zubehör für die HF-Chirurgie"!
HF-Aktivierung darf erst erfolgen, wenn dies sichergestellt ist und
wenn geprüft wurde, dass die Spitze selbst noch metallisch blank ist.
Diese Elektrode besitzt eine für den vorgesehenen feinen Schnitt
(Mikrodissektion) optimierte und sehr beständige
Wolframdrahtspitze.
Eine HF-Aktivierung über dem Gewebe (in Luft) sowie auch
Spraykoagulation ist unbedingt zu vermeiden! Ein so gezündeter
Lichtbogen kann die Isolation sofort thermisch überlasten und die
Elektrode irreparabel beschädigen!
Die Bemessungsspannung beträgt 2,9 kVp und deckt damit die
üblichen KLS-Martin-HF-Generatoreinstellungen für die
Mikrodissektion ab.
Die Elektroden werden gammasterilisiert ausgeliefert.
Die Elektroden sind in Kombination mit folgenden KLS-MartinHandgriffen verwendbar: Art. Nr. 80-221-02-04, 80-210-16-04,
80-210-02-04.
Die Elektrode muss unbedingt bis zum Anschlag in den Handgriff
gesteckt werden, so dass kein metallisch blanker Bereich zwischen
Elektrodenisolation und Handgriff mehr erkennbar ist.
Bei dauerhaft hoher thermischer Beanspruchung der Wolframspitze
wird die extra feine Isolation ggf. so überbeansprucht, dass die
Spitze sich verfärbt. In diesem Fall ist die Elektrode umgehend zu
ersetzen.
Nach beschädigungsfreier Anwendung der Elektrode im OP besteht
keine Einschränkung zur üblichen Aufbereitung und zum erneuten
Gebrauch der Elektrode. Hinweise zur Reinigung und
Sterilisation finden Sie in der Gebrauchsanweisung "KLSMartin-Zubehör für die HF-Chirurgie"!

Please also observe the Instructions for Use supplied with the
product: “KLS Martin Accessories for HF Surgery”!
This electrode features a highly durable tungsten wire tip that has
been specially optimized for the intended fine cut (microdissection).
With its rated voltage of 2.9 kVp, the product can be operated with
the KLS Martin HF generator settings usually used for
microdissection.
The electrodes are delivered gamma-sterilized.
The electrodes can be used in conjunction with the following KLS
Martin handles: item numbers 80-221-02-04, 80-210-16-04,
80-210-02-04.
Be sure to insert the electrode into the handle as far as it will go. It
is correctly inserted only when there is no bright section visible any
longer between the electrode insulation and the handle.
Never activate HF current unless you have checked the electrode for
correct insertion and additionally verified that the tip itself is still
bright (non-discolored).
HF activation at a distance from the tissue (in air) as well as spray
coagulation must be avoided under any circumstance, as the
resulting arc can immediately cause insulation breakdown due to
thermal overload!
If the tungsten tip is consistently exposed to high thermal stress,
this may lead to tip discoloration due to overload of the extra-fine
insulation. Should discoloration occur, replace the electrode at once!
Provided the electrode has not been damaged during surgical use, it
can be processed for reuse without any restriction, using the usual
procedures. For cleaning and sterilization instructions, please
refer to “KLS Martin Accessories for HF Surgery” user
manual!

¡Rogamos que además tengan en cuenta las instrucciones de uso
adjuntas “Accesorios KLS Martin para la cirugía de AF”!
Este electrodo está dotado de una punta de alambre de tungsteno
optimizada y muy resistente para el corte fino previsto
(microdisección).
La tensión asignada es de 2,9 kVp, por lo que el producto puede ser
utilizado con los ajustes habituales del generador de AF de KLS
Martin para la microdisección.
Los electrodos se suministran en estado esterilizado por radiación
gamma.
Los electrodos pueden utilizarse en combinación con los siguientes
mangos de KLS Martin: N.os ref. 80-221-02-04, 80-210-16-04,
80-210-02-04
El electrodo deberá introducirse sin falta hasta el tope dentro del
mango, de modo que no pueda reconocerse ninguna porción
metálica desnuda entre el aislamiento del electrodo y el mango.
Únicamente deberá proceder a la activación de la corriente de AF
cuando se haya asegurado que el electrodo esté correctamente
insertado en el mango y que la punta del electrodo presente aspecto
de metal pulido (sin cambiar de color).
¡Nunca deberá activar la corriente de AF por encima del tejido (en el
aire) y evite siempre la coagulación spray, ya que un arco así
formado puede representar una sobrecarga inmediata para el
aislamiento y dañar irreversiblemente el electrodo!
En el caso de que la punta de tungsteno se someta a cargas
térmicas altas constantes, puede que el aislamiento extrafino se vea
afectado, de forma que la punta del electrodo cambie de color. En
este caso deberá cambiar de inmediato el electrodo.
Siempre y cuando el electrodo no haya sido dañado durante su
utilización en el quirófano, no existe ninguna limitación para su
reprocesado habitual con los procedimientos conocidos y su
reutilización ulterior. Encontrará las indicaciones para la
limpieza y la esterilización en las instrucciones de uso
“Accesorios de KLS Martin para la cirugía de AF”.

Veuillez également observer le mode d’emploi : « Accessoires KLS
Martin pour la chirurgie HF » livré avec le produit !
La présente électrode est munie d’une pointe très résistante en fil de
tungstène et a été optimisée pour la coupe fine prévue
(microdissection).
La tension assignée s’élève à 2,9 kVp, ce qui permet d’utiliser le
produit avec les réglages habituels du générateur HF de KLS Martin
pour la microdissection.
Les électrodes sont stérilisées aux rayons gamma avant d’être
livrées.
Les électrodes peuvent être utilisées en liaison avec les poignées KLS
Martin suivantes : articles n° 80-221-02-04, 80-210-16-04,
80-210-02-04.
Il convient d’enfoncer l’électrode jusqu’à la butée dans la poignée.
L’électrode est correctement insérée si plus aucune section métallique dénudée n’est visible entre l’isolation de l’électrode et la
poignée.
Ne jamais activer le courant HF sans auparavant avoir vérifié si
l’électrode est correctement insérée et vous être assuré que la
pointe métallique est encore nette (exempte de toute coloration).
Il convient d’éviter absolument toute activation du courant HF audessus du tissu (dans l’air) ainsi qu’une coagulation spray, car l’arc
en résultant peut causer immédiatement une interruption de
l’isolation due à une surcharge thermique et endommager l’électrode
de manière irréversible !
Si la pointe en tungstène est constamment exposée à une contrainte
thermique élevée, cela peut entraîner, le cas échéant, une coloration
de la pointe due à une surcharge de l’isolation extrafine. Dans ce
cas, l’électrode doit être remplacée immédiatement.
A condition que l’électrode ne soit pas endommagée durant
l’application chirurgicale, elle peut être retraitée et réutilisée sans
aucune restriction. Vous trouverez les consignes de nettoyage
et de stérilisation dans le mode d’emploi « Accessoires KLS
Martin pour la chirurgie HF » !

Osservare inoltre le istruzioni per l’uso in dotazione "Accessori
KLS Martin per la chirurgia AF"!
Quest’elettrodo è dotato di punta con filo in tungsteno molto stabile
e perfezionata per il taglio fine previsto (microdissezione).
La tensione nominale di 2,9 kVp permette di usare il prodotto con
tutte le impostazioni del generatore AF KLS Martin usate
normalmente per la microdissezione.
Gli elettrodi vengono forniti sterilizzati ai raggi gamma.
Gli elettrodi possono essere utilizzati in combinazione con le seguenti
impugnature KLS Martin: codici art. 80-221-02-04, 80-210-16-04,
80-210-02-04
Assicurarsi di aver inserito l’elettrodo nell’impugnatura fino
all’arresto. L’inserimento è corretto solo quando non è più visibile la
sezione metallica tra l’isolamento dell’elettrodo e l’impugnatura.
Non attivare mai la corrente AF senza aver accertato che l’elettrodo
sia inserito correttamente e verificato che la punta sia ancora lucida
(non scolorito).
L’attivazione della corrente AF a distanza dal tessuto (in aria) e la
coagulazione spray devono essere assolutamente evitate! L’arco
voltaico risultante può causare l’immediata interruzione
dell’isolamento a causa di sovraccarico termico e danneggiare
irreparabilmente l’elettrodo!
Se la punta al tungsteno viene esposta costantemente a stress
termico elevato, può verificarsi uno scolorimento della punta stessa
a causa di sovraccarico dell’isolamento extrafine. In questo caso
occorre sostituire immediatamente l’elettrodo.
Premesso che l’elettrodo non sia stato danneggiato durante l’uso
chirurgico, esso può essere trattato con le consuete procedure per
essere riutilizzato senza restrizioni. Per le indicazioni relative a
pulizia e sterilizzazione si rinvia alle istruzioni per l'uso
"Accessori KLS Martin per la chirurgia AF"!
