Almost all residents eat and breathe soccer, and for that reason even amateur soccer teams are very complete. Most communities, even if they are very small, have a soccer field. Also, in the country women and men practice it alike. Costa Rica has a professional soccer league composed of 12 teams, of which Saprissa and Alajuela are the most popular ones. These 12 teams compete year round in two seasons: a summer season that goes from February to June, and a winter season that goes from July to December. The Costa Rican league is considered to be the third most competitive in Central and North America after the Mexican and U.S. leagues. This passion for soccer gives people the opportunity to use soccer as the vehicle for cultural exchange. HOW TO USE A WASHING MACHINE FOLLOW THE NEXT STEPS: 1. Separate clothes. You've heard stories about that red sock being mixed in with that white shirt, so separate lights from darks. 2. Check the tags. Some clothes are made of thin fabrics or have delicate patterns woven into them; these clothes should not be washed in the washing machine. 3. Set the water temperature. If you are washing cotton or very dirty clothes, you might want to use hot or warm water. If you are washing things like silk, then you should keep the water temperature lukewarm to cool. 4. Set the time. A lot of washing machines do this automatically, but you may have to do it by hand. 5. Add the clothes. This is pretty simple; just dump your clothes in. 6. Pour in detergent. Use the right kind of detergent and pour it into the right spot either right on top of the clothes, or in a small hole on the top of your washing machines. 7. Turn on your washer. Now all you have to do is hit that on button.
