cerveza artesana compleja y fresca, con buena
acidez aportada por la uva de vendimia y con final
persistente.

Ingredientes: Cerveza elaborada a partir de malta
de cebada, trigo, malta de trigo, uva y lúpulo.

Ceriux Cerveza de Vendimia es una c erveza artesana elaborada con uva. Con ella queremos
acercar aún más el mundo de la cerveza y el
del vino; aprovechamos la frescura de la uva
durante su mejor momento, el de la vendimia,
para elaborar esta cerveza única. Solo hay un
momento al año para poder obtener todas las
cualidades organolépticas de la uva de nuestros viñedos y es durante esos pocos días.
Después de una esmerada selección de los
mejores racimos, se produce un ensamblaje de
uva y cerveza y tras una doble fermentación,
aquí tenemos el resultado, en dos variedades
de uva autóctona riojana: Tempranillo y Viura.
Ceriux Cerveza de Vendimia is a craft beer made
with grapes, designed to bring the beer and the
wine worlds even closer. To produce this unique
beer, we make the most of the grape’s freshness
during its best time: the grape harvest. There is
only one time of the year to obtain all the organoleptic properties of the grapes of our vineyards,
which takes place during those few days. Then,
after a careful selection of the best bunches, a
grape-beer assemblage is made, and after a
double fermentation we achieve the final result
from two indigenous Rioja grape varieties: TEMPRANILLO for red and VIURA for white.
