KITCHEN SHOWER
Catholic Daughters are sponsoring a kitchen
shower for needed supplies for the newly remolded kitchen. Please choose a raindrop from
an umbrella in the vestibule, purchase the item
and bring it to the hall, or make a monetary
donation. All help is greatly appreciated. The
shower will conclude May 24 with coffee and
donuts after Mass!

SOLEMNITY OF PENTECOST - BIRTH DAY OF THE CHURCH: The account of the day of
Pentecost is found in our first reading, from the second chapter of the Acts of the Apostles.
Fifty days after the resurrection there was a spectacular manifestation of the power of the
Spirit. Jews and proselytes, gathered from the nations for the Jewish feast of Pentecost,
witness the power of the Spirit and hear the preaching of the apostles each in his own
tongue. This event launches the mission to the whole world. Jesus is longer visibly present,
but his Spirit is with us to remind us of Jesus, and bestows gifts in abundance for the
benefit of the whole Church. Do I allow the Holy Spirit to transform my life?
COFFEE & DONUTS
There will be a meet, greet & get together after
the 9 and 11:30 a.m. Masses with coffee and
donuts. This is to appreciate all the support for
the Kitchen Shower and an opportunity to meet
fellow parishioners and get acquainted.

2015 GRADUATION MASS
Graduation Mass will be held Sunday, May 31
at 9 a.m. in the Church. Please contact the
Church office with names of school Graduates
that would like to be recognized. A reception
will be held immediately after Mass honoring
the 2015 graduates from our surrounding
towns. We do request that students wear their
cap & gown during this Mass.

Our calendar-planning meeting for all groups and
organizations will be on Tuesday June 9 in Pallotti
Hall. We ask that all organizations and groups, please
meet early and get your schedules and events
worked out prior to this meeting in order to make
things go smoothly and faster. Please keep in mind
that there are schedules that are in place already
and they will take priority.

Once again, we are asking our parishioners for their
help. Our food bank is in need of your help. We ask, if
you may contribute non-perishable food items such
canned goods and meats or boxed food items. We
