Overall responsibility for site management for the turn ¿key CCPP considering the time, quality and cost
Targets. Safeguarding the optimal structuring of the project together with the site commercial management
Conducting of negotiations with customers and responsibility for the site team Promote, enforce and
establish safety as a priority in line with the Company¿s management philosophy. Qualifications and
Requirements: Profound commercial and technical expertise, and/ or a technical degree in mechanical
engineering, engineering or economic Engineering. Experience in leading large site organizations (minimum
3 projects) and a minimum 10 ¿ year engineering experience in the field of power Generation. Ability to
identify and act immediately to mitigate risks in the process of executing sites; willingness to travel and stay
abroad Excellent German and English skills, experienced command of computer applications (MS Office 2010,
SAP, Lotus Notes, MS Project, Primavera) Knowledge and ability to prepare site reports; experience and
capability to manage a multi ¿ cultural team Experience in and strong will to successfully complete a given
project in time and within budget Resilient, assertive personality with a high sense of reliability and
