CARACTERÍSTICAS:
MATERIAL
Paneles escalables: Fabricado en fibra de poliéster por capas. Superfície lisa de una sola pieza.
Estructura metálica: Interior de la pieza en estructura metálica. Tubos de acero conformado en frío, de sección rectangular y perfiles IPN,
UPN normalizados. Las estructuras se someten a un tratamiento de imprimación para prevenir posibles procesos de corrosión.
Presas (agarre): Piezas realizadas en resina de Poliéster con carga mineral (Sílice) y colorantes de resina. Tamaño y colores variados y con
formas divertidas de animales y objetos varios.
Tornilleria: Fijación de estructuras: tornillos zincados. Presas: tornillos inoxidables con sistema antirrobo.
Anclaje: Atornillado, siempre, en zapatas de hormigón (no incluido en el precio) con tacos de expansión. Se aconseja pavimento de caucho,
o arena según normativa.
FUNCIONES LÚDICAS:
Reunión: Los niños ejercitan la socialización y lo indispensable en todo juego, la imaginación. Todo ello motiva la interrelación
de los niños, despertando el sentido social de convivencia y desarrollando la solidaridad.
Trepar: Es un movimiento perfecto para desarrollar las habilidades motrices de los niños, el control del propio cuerpo, el
equilibrio y la coordinación estimulando la capacidad motora y la seguridad en los movimientos.
ZONA DE IMPACTO: Superficie de seguridad requerida y aconsejamos revestimientos del suelo según la norma EN1176-1:2008.

IPN, UPN normalisés. Les structures sont soumises à un traitement d’apprêt pour éviter les possibles processus de corrosion.
Prises (éléments d'accroche): Pièces en résine de polyester avec produit minéral (Silice) et des colorants de résine. Ces pièces sont de
dimensions et de coloris variés avec des formes divertissantes d'animaux et d'objets variés.
Visserie: Fixation des structures: Vis zinguées. Prises: Vis inoxydables avec système anti-vol.
Scellement: Scellement sur béton par des vis d'expansion. Nous conseillons la réalisation d'un sol de protecteur (sol coulé ou sable) selon
la norme.
ACTIVITÉS LUDIQUES:
Se Réunir: la socialisation des enfants est une condition nécessaire au développement de l'imagination. Motivation de
l’enfant à progresser, éveille de son sens de la vie et construction de la solidarité sociale.
Escalader: Ce mouvement développe la motricité des enfants, la maîtrise du corps, l'équilibre, la coordination et la motricité.
Apprentissage de la sécurité et de la confiance en soi.

MATERIAL
Climbing panels: Panel made of layered polyester fibre. Plain surface in a single piece.
Metal structure: Interior of the piece in metal structure with cold-formed rectangular section steel tubes with IPN and UPN normalised
profiles. These structures ara primer coated to avoid rusting.
Holds: Made of polyester resin with mineral filling (silica) and colorants. Several sizes and colours with funny animal shapes and objects.
Nuts and bolts: Fixing of structures: zinc-coated bolts. Fixing of holds: stainless steel bolts with anti-theft system.
Fixing: Fixed to floor by means of a concrete footing with expansion blocks (not included in the price). Rubber or sand pavement is recommended, depending on legal requirements.
PLAYFUL ACTIVITIES:
Gathering: Children get to meet and socialize with each other and, what is more important, they start training their imagination. This context improves children’s social sense of coexistence as well as their solidarity development.
Climbing: A perfect movement to develop children motor skills, body control, balance and coordination, which stimulates the
motor capacity and own body security.
